But on 30 Dec, same ordered at 3777 Strandherd dr. They didn’t gave me another free. Same offer BOGO. That place was not good. I complain online. Unfortunately no response yet.

Lettuce is a main ingredient of the subway specially for vegetarians and they are out of stocks for lettuce ! And funny thing is Costco is right behind them and they have tons of lettuce! Don’t visit this store ! Very bad experience 😡😡😡 We ordered herb & cheese bread they gave us white bread ! We asked for hebenero cheese - they didn’t put any cheese 🧀! Are you serious about your business?

The customer service at this Subway location was not good. The staff were not friendly and seemed impatient while taking orders. They also charged an extra $2 for every small addition, which felt unfair. Definitely not a good experience.

They made me pay before I even ordered when there was clearly people in front of me who ordered them paid. And when I went to paid it siad approved but she was telling me that it declined even though I showed her my bank statement. Also she was on her phone since the moment i walked in in till i left

The lady made us pay before we ordered Bcs in subway u make the food then pay but she was on her phone the whole time we were ordering and we paid and showed her proof and she said we didn’t and some customers left because she was on her phone. Please don’t come here
Quality is really bad and most toppings are not available waiting on delivery. The bread is soggy and not enough hurbs and Tuna is dry.
I guess cheap management and trying to save money while customer is paying for it.saving money is more important thank giving quality and fresh food to customers.

Worst Portions I have seen in awhile. Ordered online for pickup. The employee forgot tomatoes, and 2 out of 4 sauces. It was a veggie sub and they put less veggies... I know for a fact that the owner told them to put less veggies in subs but it's a veggie sub... it ONLY HAS VEGGIES. I can understand if it had protein on it but I didn't take anything but veggies. Train your staff properly cuz the one who made my sub was a supervisor.

Just went in to grab lunch. Both staff had airpods in, talking to people of the other end of the phone. I walked in, stood there waiting while the staff member was playing with her phone. She walked over to take my order and made me repeat myself multiple times because the person on the other end of the airpod was talking. She was also talking to that person while taking my order. The other gentleman working, not helping, was also on his airpod talking to someone. So unprofessional.
