Not impressed with the service, but that as expected when we went in. Tight seating and we were seated under a vent. The table was against the outside wall and left with a sore back with the cold air hitting my back through the evening. Many better options for Thai food in Ottawa.

My review is purely for the food as I've always done takeout and not eaten at the restaurant. It is definitely worth ordering from here as this is some of the best Thai in Ottawa, even as takeout. Flavourful and large enough portions for leftovers the next day. I like the Pad Ma-Kher Yaw particularly, but I feel like you can't go wrong with any of the dishes.

This is the first time I went there. Food tasted good, however did not taste like they were fresh, did not smell good.. Service was good, Prices did not seem reasonable ,in addition they added 15% tip to the final bill, which I hated to see. Tips should always be optional. Won't go back there. Won't recommend.

I was disappointed in the customer service while dinning there this evening! I was surprised to see that their prices were too expensive compare to the last time we went there. We paid for our food. before we leave she asked us for a tip. She even said, "If you’re not going to tip, don’t come back." very rude Not happy and will never go back !!!

We have the Pad Thai Chicken for lunch and it was delicious! It seems a bit more saucy and sweeter than the last time that we had it, and it was by far one of the best Pad Thai I've ever had.
The lunch size portions are fantastic- great value!
Staff are kind and attentive. They don't let your water glass empty at any point in time!

We came to this restaurant for lunch. If you arrive before noon, you can have your pick of any table (but between 12:30 and 1 would be some wait as all the tabels filled up). The staff was polite and efficient to get you seated, took your orders and probed for your billing preference. The Pad Thai was decent but didn't blow me away. Prices were unreasonable ($19.50 for lunch and $29.50 for regular price) and portion was small regardless what price you paid.
🔔 I was very disappointed at the lack of transparency with the staff here. My friend and I are vegetarian and asked for some exclusions on our Pad Thai dish (no meat, no eggs) - standard courtesy for restaurants to accommodate normally. Although they accommodated, they charged us regular Pad Thai price of $29.50 vs lunch price of $19.50 (and didnt even call it out). Again, there was no portion difference for an extra $10. Another friend ordered regular Pad Thai and had same portion as us but paid the lunch price and a soup. I will not support an establishment where integrity isn't in their values so no repeat business for me. I rarely give 1-star but this place is quite something.
Update 10/9/2024: My friend called to inquire about the pricing discrepancy and the alleged owner was quite condescending and didn't seem apologetic nor care. Update 10/10/2024: Wrote them an email and they ignored it.

Giving the restaurant 2/5 stars. Good food however price is too expensive. I was surprised to see that their prices were raised to $4-$5 per order. There are other Thai restaurants that are good or better for much reasonable price. Sorry not coming back anymore. Lunch special from 16 to 19.50?! Pad thai for dinner is 29.50!
Very nice Thai restaurant- recommended by a friend. We had some communication issue: our food server interrupted our effort to order ( in fairness, they don’t allow any alterations in the menu) and ended up serving us chicken pad Thai instead of our requested shrimp. It was tasty so I did not mention it- but I would suggest future diners make their order very clear to her and not let her interrupt and guess the rest of your sentence! The Tom Kha gai was very good - but we are used to a more generous portion at our favorite Phoenix restaurant. Overall a good meal- but somewhat pricey compared to some other Thai places nearby.
