Called to place an order and for reason the lady failed to place my order..instead of apologising, they lied and said someone else picked up the phone and she was done with her shift. Called the number again and this same lady picked up right in front of me. Very poor customer service. After driving for 30minutes to get this kind of treatment. Smh

I went to pick up my Too good to go order today, only to find out that they didn't have anything to give me. Instead of the restaurant canceling the order on the app, they wasted my time and gas driving to their location. The guy who I spoke with at the counter was beyond useless. The food at this restaurant is good but they are overpriced. After this experience, I will not return.

Terrible customer service the lady at the front got my order wrong and didn’t serve me well and had me waiting 2 hours to get my food remade ,i don’t know what kind of manners they got but people got things to do and they could careless about the customers that are upset don’t come here if you are not trying to waste your time the food is not what it’s all about if your Not being respected as a customer
