Few times I have tried coffee here. The server/Batista always helps me understand the bean and the type of process as I am not a reg coffee person. The fall special coffee was great. Lovely they use local roasters.
But most times my coffee/ latte come not as hot as I prefer even though I pay for the steamed milk alternative. I dunno if the caramel syrup brings the temp down or the cups being cold. I will prefer a ceramic cup as I like to have my coffee there. But it has to be specified beforehand else they full it in a paper cup. Nobody needs a lukewarm coffee:( Never felt like bringing it to the attention of the Barista as there is only one person and there will always be at least one customer that needs their time.

Please do something about coffee mugs for people that want it and hot coffee when they have it.

All time fav is the Brampton cream donut for me.Hope they make it in dark chocolate. They had the Hazeldean flavor recently and it was so good. But it was a seasonal flavour and I just had it once. Dirty chocolate is always a tempter. But sometimes the tasty crispy cocoa crumble is overdosed with the sticky chocolate syrup.

That said SQ donuts are always a lovely treat! The donuts never disappoint. Love the donuts! Wish they have in small sizes and gf for those who wish for portion control😃 Maybe a half glazed half plain sourdough donut option when we are at that.

I don't usually post reviews for anywhere but I'm hoping I can somehow appeal to the management to make a change.
I've been a consistent customer at this location and a less frequent customer of your other locations for nearly ten years. Several times a month I come to get a cookies and cream cheese donut. It's my absolute favourite flavour and a comfort treat for me when things are challenging. The last time I came to get one, I noticed that it was different. The cream cheese topping that made the donut so good is no longer there, just a thin glaze. The "new" cookies and cream donut is nowhere near as good as the original and for the same price, it doesn't feel worth it anymore. I'm legitimately super disappointed because that's the one flavour that has been consistently bringing me back. In response to this, I will no longer be buying Suzy Q donuts unless they change back to the original recipe. Cutting quality without reducing price has lost me as a regular customer and will probably lose other people too. Please listen to your customers.

The donuts are tasty and reasonably priced, but the young woman at the counter on New Years Eve was quite rude. I saw more donuts were being brought out as I was about to make my order, so I asked if she knew if a batch of Nanaimo donuts was about to come out. Without looking over, she said “probably not.” I picked a few Raspberry Cassis donuts and the Simpsons one instead, and as I was being rung up, I saw some Nanaimo donuts being wheeled out. Bummer, I would have liked those instead.

The donuts are really good, though.

Amazing donuts! poor service...no warm welcome no smiles, all I felt from the girl who helped us today was impatience. Disappointing experience. I hope the management team would include "better customer service" in the coaching.
