Long wait time, 30 min, before the order was mixed up and the final invoice was presented before we even considered the deserts . It was like a slap in the face with the words that "we are busy and understaffed". Will never come back. However, the food was OK, as expected
Kid-friendliness: Good for kids but this location will take at least of 40 min of your wait time before you even see the server. May be worth considering to order on line.

I called and a girl answered the phone. Abosulte worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She should be reprimanded. I simply called to make a reservation and she told me to call back another time.

We received a warm welcome and our server Janet was excellent. Friendly, attentive down to many details- even making sure I had enough salad dressing. She was attentive with every table but we never felt neglected. Very friendly and hope to be served by her again!

First time ordering take out from this location. The receipt told us our food would be ready at 1:25. We arrived as instructed but didn’t leave with our food until 2:10. Our order was placed at 1:10. I understand there are rushes and dine-in customers that take priority (as the gentleman on the counter told us) but there should be a reflection of that on the “pick up time”. I worked for RECIPE before. I understand it all better than most. I worked on a takeout counter while having a heavy dinner rush. But to have us sit and wait for over 45 minutes is a little extreme. I had my 15month old son in the car and trying to keep him entertained was extremely frustrating. I would’ve totally been understanding if our receipt told us to pick up at 2:00 or 2:15.

The takeout counter here is consistently a shit show. I know that the employees are trying their best but oh my do they need help…. I consistently wait over 40 minutes for orders that should take 15 max. At least the food is good.

We ordered a poutine, very quick meal to make. We had to sit in the drive through behind a car with a longer bigger order for 20 minutes, instead of having the car in front of us just park and wait for their food there. No common sense was used. Our poutine probably was ready within 3 minutes of us ordering. Now it’s cold.

The soup was excellent, and the salad was delicious. The mashed potatoes with gravy were flavorful and satisfying. The half rack of ribs was slightly dry, but the chicken was well-prepared and enjoyable.

We arrived at 12:30 PM and were greeted by a very welcoming staff member who informed us that we would need to wait for 20 minutes. After 25 minutes, we were seated, but we were then told it would take an additional 15 minutes before anyone could take our order, as they were short-staffed due to a large group dining at the same time. We decided to leave at 2:00 PM because our food was still not ready. Very poor management!
