Very fond memories of taking my kids here often while they were growing up. We recently got to visit 2 days in a row for a family gatherings and the food was great as well as the service. There are still value options on the menu, for example two can dine for 20 bucks. But there are many options for many tastes.

My husband and I have had several meals at Swiss Chalet Barrhaven Ontario location and I have to say the food was EXCELLENT, fast service, large portions but most of all EXCEPTIONAL, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY service from George and Donya ( our servers). We will continue to eat here when we are in Ottawa. Thank you for providing quality on all levels

I had a wonderful experience with my friends and we enjoyed everything. The service was amazing, we were taken care of by Donya and she was extremely polite and communicated well with us which made our time there even better. The food was delicious and well cooked, and none of us from my friend group have anything bad to say. Would definitely go back again.

Donya is an exceptionally skilled server. She was quick on her feet, friendly, and had a big smile on her face the whole time. She checked in several times throughout my meal to make sure I had condiments, the food was tasting good, and that I had everything I needed.
Donya is already one of the reasons I enjoy going to this Swiss Chalet location, even though she hasn’t been there long. She’s always on the ball and has excellent customer service skills. I’m already looking forward to going back and being served by her again. Everyone should tip their hats to Donya.

Waited almost one hour
