got a crunch wrap supreme and it came cold, not fully closed, and missing half the toppings. more than half of it was just tortilla, lettuce and hard shell taco. the lettuce was rotten and disgusting. would not recommend to anyone ever. the one on robertson is 1 million times better.

This is one of the better taco bells in Ottawa, but they aren't always the fastest. The cashier was quite slow today, although the food was pretty quick this time. Unfortunately like other fast food places, the prices have gone up a lot.
I went here tonight around 7:30 pm I ordered what I thought was clearly spoken I asked for grande nachos loaded I asked for extra beef cheese sauce and pico on the side I also asked for fresh tomatoes and extra lettuce. My order number was 428, the cashier proceeded to charge me for three beef supreme grande taco which had beans in it. I never would have ate or ordered this because I’m allergic to the beans. When I went up to have them correct the issue the staff proceeded to argue with me telling me this is what I ordered and this is how it’s always been made, but I had asked for loaded nachos which doesn’t have beans so not only was I over charged for two extra taco meals I didn’t even get the correct food, and nobody bothered to even correct the error to busy trying to argue with me about beans

Recently visited them to have taco bell, food was cold uncooked . Even chicken which should be hot was cold , got unwell after having food from them . Don't know how they are making the food only.

very poor service. We ordered #8 chicken chalupa but go beef chalupa we do not eat beef. I will never go to this place again. very bad.
We were dining in ordered a meal when I went up to get my drink refilled the lady out right denied I initially thought they might not be offering refills but it’s their policy to offer free refills. The employee NIYANTA was a liar never coming back to this location ever again. The employee doesn’t even have courtesy to greet customers or even put up a smile. Always issues with this location. Last time, we did take out and went home to have one taco missing while we paid for it.

I'm usually a fan of taco bell but this location "doesn't have tap water" to give you after buying your full meal. 2 sinks within visible range, and the kitchen obviously has hot/ cold tap water in the back.I just want some water after my super salty tacos, not a free meal.
