I recently visited this place with my friends. We wanted to have fun time together since we met after while. We booked two pool tables and spent at least around 2 hours playing. Out of our surprise, we never greeted or attended by a server/Bartender. Nobody even cared about asking for water. We could clearly see the waitress going around and checking on other pool tables, taking food/drinks orders. Had a very disappointing and disgusting experience at this establishment. We figured the Racial thing, Not quite uncommon these days. Seems like people from certain communities are not welcome here. Would not recommend anyone and wont be back here.
PS:- it was a very busy night and the waitresses made sure they themselves had a good time chatting with coworkers. Just a horrible and outrageous customer service

Don’t go on Sundays if you want prompt service.

We hosted our work Christmas party here yesterday, and it was an absolute blast! Special shout-out to our incredible waitress, Mary-Catherine. Her knowledge of alcohol and mixology was truly impressive, and she provided outstanding service with professionalism and kindness throughout the evening.
The atmosphere was perfect for a festive gathering, and everything from the drinks to the service exceeded expectations. We had such a great time that we’re already planning to book our Christmas party here next year.
If you’re looking for a place for group events or simply a fun night out, this is the spot. Highly recommend! Thanks for a memorable evening!

Great atmosphere, with super friendly staff, and fast service, nice options for activities to do with golf simulator, ⛳️ several pool tables nicely spread around, and several fuss balls as well. Must try for everyone!

We went here a few years ago for our work Christmas party. It was good to come back. A great way to socialize, have some food and play some pool. The good thing about tailgaters is that if you have a lot of people, you can get a whole section blocked off for your group, which we had. It's a good way of dividing up the place.
I would say my only suggestion would be to have more variety in each section. Typically the reservable sections just have pool and ping pong. However, the general area also has foosball and a golf simulator. While the simulators take up a lot of space, adding a foosball table or air hockey table to the other sections might be worthwhile.
FYI, Anyone who's been here knows about the large amount of metal stairs. Probably a good 30 to 40 feet of the ground. So be careful when it's cold, could be slick/icy.

Venue is decent. Thinks twice before booking a big crowd... buffet options are crud. Cold service and less than mediocre food. Order full meals. That's where the flavour is. Short staffed but the servers are 110% awesome

I've been twice now for my work Christmas party. Both times the food was room temperature or cold except for the potatoes. The service however, getting drinks, clean up, questions, fantastic. Atmosphere is not my typical but it's enjoyable. Just a bit loud.
