Very disappointing. I ordered the beef, and it was dry, tough, and had no real flavor. The portion was small for the price, and the food didn’t taste fresh at all. Service was slow and uninterested, and the counter area looked messy. I won’t be returning.

Jason was amazing I'll be honest i've been eyeing teriyaki experience for a while now but never bit the bullet. Jason made the best bowl i could ever ask for and i've been coming back all week (it's kind of embarrassing) 10/10. I'll be coming back.

Your exhaust system needs serious improvement. The air and aroma coming from your restaurant are overwhelmingly strong and irritating. The smell is so intense that people in the food court are experiencing burning sensations in their noses, making it impossible to sit or stand nearby. This issue needs to be addressed immediately.

This used to be my favourite take out place until today. I don’t know if they changed management, but the food quality has gone downhill. The noodles are hard and rubbery, veggies are barely cooked and the meat tastes fake. The sauce is very watered down. When I got to the end of the line to get my food, I noticed that the computer screen was full of dripping grease and dust. Very gross!! Would not recommend this place. I won’t be eating here again.

The establishment's current state is vastly different from my previous experiences. It appears that the hygiene standards have significantly declined, as evidenced by the unclean grill and the presence of food and grease splattered throughout the cooking area. This suggests a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. I should've turned away at this point.
Furthermore, the cooking method seems to have changed, with the meat and vegetables now being steamed under a lid instead of grilled. This results in a rubbery and gelatinous texture, which is a significant departure from the establishment's previous culinary standards.
The overall taste of the food has also diminished, and what happened to the hot sauce? So gross.
Regrettably, these factors collectively contribute to a negative experience that does not align with the establishment's previous reputation. I will not be returning in the future, as the decline in quality is substantial and the establishment has failed to maintain the standards that once made it a commendable dining option.
