Thai Express Restaurant Barrhaven Nepean

Use to love ordering from here, but after noticing staffing changes the food quality has gone down drastically. Tried their new tai poutine and there were hard chunks of something in my food, no idea what it was but that’s absolutely unacceptable. Save your time and money, don’t come here.

I used to come here almost once a week with my family. We would always get the pad see ew with battered chicken but months ago the battered chicken stopped being good and became disgusting. We stopped going to Thai Express after that first time we got that bad chicken and then just last weekend we wanted to give Thai Express another try. Nope, still disgusting chicken. There's nothing inside the battered chicken that resembles chicken. It looks like it's literally all dough batter. It's very chewy and tough. You can tell from the images it's very clear, translucent, flakey and doesn't look like chicken. There's probably very trace amounts of low quality 'chicken' mixed with a large ratio of batter so that they can save a few cents. Very disappointing because we liked Thai Express and the people working there were always nice to us. But I will never go there again in hopes that they have fixed their battered chicken.

Just had the new Thai poutine and it was amazing. So much flavour, everything works so well together. I was worried it would not have enough sauce but there was plenty. Hopefully, it will stay as a regular menu item.

He is rude person he refuse all delivery wash he say they are not customer that is fair for customer.

They don’t allowed delivery drivers, they are evey rude staff

Seems overpriced compared to other locations in Ottawa.

I just want to say that manager doesn’t allow uber drivers to use washrooms..this is one of the worst thing that i have ever come around..!!
