Terrible service I waited 50 minutes to be served a simple chicken pad Thai. Suggest you visit a different location

Chicken wings and rice/veg portion of the food was all good. How ever the beef that came in my dish was the texture of charcoal. It was so cooked it was crunchy and turned to dust in my mouth.

Came in at 2:40 AM to get a pad Thai. The employee claimed that they were closed even tho it was 2:40 AM.

First and last time order from here. Its just not that good. Sloppy packaging leaked over other content in the plastic bag. The general pineapple
dish was o.k but the curry noodles were worse the a jar sauced grocery store recipe.

Use to love ordering from here, but after noticing staffing changes the food quality has gone down drastically. Tried their new tai poutine and there were hard chunks of something in my food, no idea what it was but that’s absolutely unacceptable. Save your time and money, don’t come here.

I used to come here almost once a week with my family. We would always get the pad see ew with battered chicken but months ago the battered chicken stopped being good and became disgusting. We stopped going to Thai Express after that first time we got that bad chicken and then just last weekend we wanted to give Thai Express another try. Nope, still disgusting chicken. There's nothing inside the battered chicken that resembles chicken. It looks like it's literally all dough batter. It's very chewy and tough. You can tell from the images it's very clear, translucent, flakey and doesn't look like chicken. There's probably very trace amounts of low quality 'chicken' mixed with a large ratio of batter so that they can save a few cents. Very disappointing because we liked Thai Express and the people working there were always nice to us. But I will never go there again in hopes that they have fixed their battered chicken.

Just had the new Thai poutine and it was amazing. So much flavour, everything works so well together. I was worried it would not have enough sauce but there was plenty. Hopefully, it will stay as a regular menu item.
