You do not let people make changes to what they ordered. Which would be fine if you served your food properly. I order from Thai express daily, I have ARFID. I do not order from your location generally because you don’t allow me to ask for no sauce. So I get my order tonight sent through you. You did the same thing you always do. You put the cups of sauce in the package of the dumplings. That little sauce then melts, because of the temperature of the dumplings is scalding. It then gets to my house and the sauce is all over the dumplings. Sauce I hate, and my husband is allergic to. Usually there’s one or two that don’t get much sauce, so rinse them and give them to him. I also had to rinse the rest of the dumplings off from all the disgusting sauce coating them. It’s absolutely ridiculous you don’t have a button to click “no sauce”. That’s what EVERY OTHER RESTRAURANT DOES. Sauces are on the side. Put the sauces in the bag, not the containers. It’s not that hard, I promise.

Today 18 december 2025, around 9 pm i went there to have food. Customers service was so bad.There was an old man with grey hair, he was so rude with me. He doesn’t have sense how to talk with women. I really disappointed with them. i would like to go any other thai express in future but never this one.

Food was ok, but I asked for extra spicy, and it tastes like there is no spice at all. I've ordered from here many times in the past, and they rarely actually give me extra spicy when I ask

the woman who took my order was nice, but the food was honestly inedible. i ordered medium but it was so spicy that it didn’t have any flavour whatsoever. just aggressive burning, nose-running spice on top of smelling and tasting quite burnt, as if the wok had not been cleaned in quite some time. i had a craving for an old favourite but they are just not what they once were at this location.

I’m not usually one to try food court food as I have a weak stomach. But for some reason I decided I’d try this. No regrets! So good, the food was very tasty and the employees were very kind and friendly! I felt good and full afatwards when usually it would go right through me!

I went to Thai Express over the weekend with my partner and ordered the chicken with red curry. The food was honestly quite disgusting — it tasted like old vegetables that had been burnt, and the overall flavour was unpleasant. I’ve eaten at other Thai Express locations before and never had this issue, so I was really disappointed.

It’s also disappointing to see how some of the food court restaurants at the mall are being run lately. While I was ordering my meal, my partner went to Subway, and they had already run out of buns at 2 p.m. on a busy afternoon. I used to come to this mall often and never had any complaints about the food. Please do better — customers deserve better quality and consistency.
