Came all the way from Mississauga to try Vera’s! Came in with my family of 7 and they helped us right away. The food was delicious, they got all of our orders right and helped us swiftly. The owner is very kind and came and chatted with us afterwards. 100% will be back the next time I’m in town.

The Butchery is the best!!! been coming here for years, love being greeted by max, mark, fred or jonah!!! always smiling laughing and providing the best service out there! not to mention you can’t get better meat anywhere else!!

The Butchery/Vera's Shack is our favourite burger joint in the city. Nowhere else has such thick, juicy, and flavourful patties...you can actually taste the fresh beef. This should be the standard! Also recommended are the hot dogs, sweet potato fries, spicy grilled chicken burger, and milkshakes. Some day I will try the smoked meat sandwich.
