My husband and I use to go here on a regular basis when Anna was there (she was the best), but now we don't go very often. We were there on Saturday at around 4:00 pm to get a bite to eat, well the fries were cold and black in colour like there were in the fryer for a while (maybe warmed over several times) and the fish was not hot, my meal was pasta in which was cold and just thrown together with tomatoes, cheese and sausage (not good at all) and the onion soup is awful, it is a big chuck of paste - it use to be good not now. I think they have a new cook (maybe get another one that can cook a half decent meal.

First time. Restaurant was pretty full and only one waitress serving bar and floor. Waited fifteen minis for drink another 10 mins for order then she came back 10 mins later to tell us order didn’t go through and has to take it again. After another fifteen minis wait finally got our nachos which were very good and the waitress didn’t come back to our table once to check or refill. Terrible experience will never go back to this Restaurant

I didn't enjoy our experience here. I've never been to a place that pre-portions KETCHUP. There were NO condiments on the table.

Why? It was the strangest feeling having to ask for more ketchup multiple times. The pre-portioned, plastic mini cups are enough for about 3 french fries.

The restaurant is also very dull, in desperate need of an update. Price point versus quality and atmosphere... nothing made sense.

I ordered through Uber some wings and fries. I did not mention to separate the fries and wings. I received my order but didn’t eat it because of my OCD (mixed flavours). I called and asked to get some fries. The amazing woman who took my order (the manager?) said that they would be willing to give me another order as long as I picked it up. A few minutes later I had received a call from my partner to come pick them up as she the vehicle had an issue. I had to leave so I called the restaurant back to cancel. They said they would personally deliver my meal. 😯 Wow! This restaurant goes way above and beyond. Unlike a vast majority of restaurants in Ottawa, they actually care! As long as I live in Barrhaven, they have me as a loyal and supportive customer!

Went for Monday night wings. Great selection, mild to hot. All are great. Great staff, food and atmosphere. Group of eleven had a blast. Will be back.

The very affordable and friendly neighborhood bar n grill! They have kid friendly options too. Their mocktails are very yum . The menu is also pretty good . Staff are so helpful too.

Ordered the Philly Cheesesteak, which was very good; however, the fries that came with the meal were terrible. Probably, the worst I have ever had. Soggy and undercooked. This is not the first time that the fries were bad. I believe that the cooking oil should be changed more often.

I ordered the zucchini sticks for takeout. For $14 I got 7 zucchini sticks. I was extremely disappointed and to finish it off they were under cooked. I called and nobody could help me.
