I would’ve graded a lot better but your gm is rude to people and your male bartender has serious angry issues gets mad a lot at customers for almost nothing pretty sad if you ask me how they treat people other than that the grade would have been way higher. Didn’t he already scare off the baseball team that comes in or use to.

Hi some staff are great but some others aren’t! I would almost change half your staff! Plus for people getting angry at customers not right to do! I don’t know some of their names makes me never want to go back there! Hope you find some better people! I only went the last 7-6 months been bad half the time!

Horrible customer service. Called for a reservation for the performers at the meridian and they would not accommodate any more reservations even though they were not full. They would be busy that evening due to the show at the theatre

I work and live in the Neigborhood and I go in most Sundays for breakfast and to watch football . Lexi always knows what I want , and puts on games for us all to enjoy I will continue to go as its a very welcoming enviroment Great Service in the food industry is important , it keeps cutomers returning and satisfied . 2 family members had turkey/brie/cranberry sandwiches. They described them as tasteless mush, and couldn't finish them. Both were sick to their stomachs that evening. They then ordered coffee after the meal, which was old and undrinkable. $60 for that?

Just refreshing my review to say thanks to Brianna for her outstanding service. We usually go over on Fridays for a work lunch group and it is a chaotic scene with varying numbers. Brianna is usually running the show by herself and seems to effortlessly manage the chaos, take orders, deliver food, refill drinks and always make you feel welcome at the same time. Its a huge task and she makes it look effortless. Your professionalism is appreciated Brianna, you make it look effortless but we know how much work it takes. The fantastic food and excellent cold beverages are just the cherry on top of the sundae!

Hi I just wanted to say your chairs are very dangerous to sit on need to be badly changed for a few years now what if a old person falls off those dangerous chairs way to wobbly to sit on. Your Gm also isn’t the greatest Gm towards customers kind of rude for certain things or else I would say otherwise and I would’ve scored a lot better. Other then that everything else has been great.

Had a crispy chicken sandwich and the bun was stale.. haven't had stale bun in a while.. :S The chicken was crispy but looked like it was cooked in old oil. The fried pieces were dark brown.
No issues finding a spot to sit as we booked in advance.

Went on a Friday , not enough staff to serve people well . Would not recommend the wrap it has their own ingredients which were not to my wife’s and my liking.

We were a large group celebrating a corporate reunion. The pub reserved an area off the main restaurant bar area which allowed for our group to arrive and mingle. Several servers seemed to be dedicated to our group which enjoyed both the bar and food offerings, and therefore service was responsive and fast. All in all a great location for our gathering.
