Very cozy spot to sit at with friends. I had a phase with their matcha and would recommend it. The oolong is also good but not the best I’ve had. There is a wide variety of drinks and I’m not sure if that’s always a good thing since many of them are a bit of a mess. I expected a lot from the cream mousse and it was tasteless unfortunately. The location is good but I will probably never go back to the merivale location because of the awful service I received on multiple occasions by a particular young lady.

so we asked for less ice but they put like 30% of the cup ice and when i told them is this less ice, they said this is the least amount.. in the second drink we asked for extra sugar but it had less sugar, and we had to return it so they can add more in it. atmosphere is amazing though , enjoyed the ambience.

First time customer...ordered a large lychee green tea with boba balls...$9+!...very, very ordinary...Coco up the street does it far better for less price...won't be back

Tea is normally good but for whatever reason it tastes very watered down today. Maybe just an off day or a diluted batch of tea. Otherwise it's normally very good here for their drinks.

Update - I am sorry had to change this review from 5 star to 1 star!! On June 24, 2024 between 12.30 and 1 PM, ordered two black sugar bobas and waited for over 10 minutes, no one responded and then a flood of kids have come up and it was chaotic, the staff usually who are responsive, did not even bother to provide us what we purchased and was rude enough to say “Not ready” even after 20 minutes. Finally had to leave without even picking the order since no work was happening nor anyone supported. Wasted 16 bucks!!!! Sorry it’s unhappy experience.

The bubble tea was wonderful… but the hole place is absolutely disgusting, so dirty, the seats are greasy and tables were completely covered in sticky unidentified substances.
I used the washroom and was so scared to touch anything I squatted and used my hand sanitizer to avoid touching the sink . I was too scared to actually touch anything and there were brown water stains on the actual toilet.
The bubble tea was great but I will NEVER, be going back. If it’s absolutely this disgusting in the seating and bathroom area…. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like…
Also extremely under staffed. One person working alone in the middle of the day we did wait quite a while for our drinks.
