I had an amazing experience at Tim Hortons recently, all thanks to Khushi and her wonderful team! Khushi, who I believe is the supervisor, truly stood out with her kind-hearted nature and soft-spoken demeanor. She was incredibly understanding and patient, even during a busy rush.
Her calm attitude and the way she guided her team while still taking care of every customer with a smile was so impressive. You could tell the entire team looked up to her and worked in harmony. It’s not every day you meet someone so genuinely warm and respectful in a fast-paced environment.
Huge shoutout to Khushi and her team for making my visit pleasant — I’ll definitely be coming back! Tim Hortons is lucky to have someone like her!
Staff at this location serves very professionally and got my coffee fresh with perfect taste.
This place is my favourite the service is excellent, the employees are so nice and so friendly, I have also worked with this amazing team and the manager Tania she is so supportive and awesome towards employees and customers. 🙏🙏
How does this keep happening? This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve gotten a Boston Cream (or other stuffed donut) from Tim Hortons — and there’s ZERO filling. Like, completely forgotten. Nothing.
And it’s not just one location. I’ve tried multiple branches. Same thing, over and over. At this point, it feels like a joke. If you’re going to sell filled donuts, maybe… actually fill them?
Absolutely unacceptable. Fix your quality control.

Other viewers beware! Colinda Maxwell is this locations previous manager - the one that has a multitude of negative reviews about - she is leaving fake negative reviews after being fired to try to bring down her replacement!
This location used to be much better. What are they thinking now?? Horrible service, so slow, they get your whole order wrong and then argue with people. I didn't even order, this is what all the waiting people were saying as I walk through the mall.
went in the other day to get a package of smile cookies to share with my coworkers, only recieved half and when i went to ask for the other half, with proof of purchase, i was accused of trying to steal from them by the manager. she should not be in that position with little to no customer service skills. if this is the way the manager treats fellow mall employees i can only imagine the grace and patience she holds for the average customer

I recently ordered a hot chocolate from Tim Hortons with two creams, expecting a smooth, rich drink. Instead, it tasted like watered-down chocolate with absolutely no creaminess—almost like plain water with a hint of chocolate. It was incredibly disappointing, especially since Tim Hortons is usually reliable for quality drinks. For what I paid, I expected a comforting, creamy hot chocolate, but this left me wanting something much better. Hope they can improve the consistency or quality control for their hot chocolate

Not sure why they only have 3.5 stars… unless this caused the manager to hire better people. By far the quickest I’ve seen when ordering coffee on the app, even while being crazy busy. Corporate take notice: all your locations should be run like this, no excuses.
Love coming here to get breakfast before my shifts or snagging donuts. The team here recognizes me occasionally and I love the vibe!
