Very disappointed at our Canadian coffee shop. I asked for a simple iced decaff coffee, but they told me they can only serve it hot. I can't fathom how hard it could be to brew decaff and just toss some ice in it.. Made me go to the Starbucks right beside and spend 6$ on a simple small decaff latte. Disappointing.

I really loved coming here because I worked close by but this morning I bit into my cream cheesed bagel and instantly found myself chewing on a piece of plastic that had ceaser dressing all over it... really I don't know what else to say other than I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I had an amazing experience at Tim Hortons recently, all thanks to Khushi and her wonderful team! Khushi, who I believe is the supervisor, truly stood out with her kind-hearted nature and soft-spoken demeanor. She was incredibly understanding and patient, even during a busy rush.
Her calm attitude and the way she guided her team while still taking care of every customer with a smile was so impressive. You could tell the entire team looked up to her and worked in harmony. It’s not every day you meet someone so genuinely warm and respectful in a fast-paced environment.
Huge shoutout to Khushi and her team for making my visit pleasant — I’ll definitely be coming back! Tim Hortons is lucky to have someone like her!
