I have gone to this place many times just because it’s close and I have had a horrible time each time. When I order things and make requests to take something off it’s always still on, I’ve tried to order a twelve pack of doughnuts and the guy charged me for each individual doughnut, I have been given stale doughnuts and I’ve had a Boston cream doughnut without any cream inside?? and most recently I asked if they carried the white hot chocolate I was told they did so I ordered it and paid and as I was waiting I was told they didn’t even have it.

I order a pack of 12 donuts and when I open it I realize that they gave me the most horrible donuts in the world, broken and poorly finished! The children didn't want to eat them, very disappointed! Order is not complete! Missing coffee!

Ordered a bagel with light cream cheese, and this is what I got! I also waited nearly 10 minutes for it. Tim Hortons has really gone downhill lately—unless I start seeing better reviews, I won’t be coming back.
