4 star because I requested a double toasted bagel, and for once, actually got a toasted bagel. However, there was enough butter on it to drown an elephant. There was so much that it leaked through the wrapper, the napkin, and the bag, leaving a greasey stain on my car seat.

Great experience at Tim Hortons cresthaven! The staff was friendly, and the coffee was just as delicious as always. Even without a drive-thru, the inside was clean, and I didn’t mind taking a few extra minutes to enjoy my drink. Definitely recommend!
Nice place for a quick meal or a drink. Conveniently located with plenty of parking.

Visited Tim Hortons and had a mostly positive experience. The customer service was good, the staff were friendly, and the overall environment was welcoming. However, I was disappointed to see a large bug on the glass in the food display area. I informed the staff, but unfortunately, they didn’t take any immediate action to remove it. Cleanliness is important, especially around food, so I hope this is addressed in the future.
