The only other Tim Hortons location that can offer smaller size donuts such as this, is Quickie at gas station on Woodrofe.

This is outrageous to say the least. How can they get away without being controlled by the frenchise main office in this regards.

Stay away from candy cane hot chocolate. It smelled and tasted like trash candy cane. I was going to return the drink but I decided to skip the drama. Nothing wrong with the service though.

Lately whenever I come here the iced capps are barely full, something ridiculous for their price. I'm busy in the mornings, which seems to be the ONLY time they have a manager, and today I was finally able to call. The manager completely dismissed me, even after I told her the day and times I had been coming in. This is incredibly frustrating as I have no other local Tim Horton's. There are even days where the iced capps taste too tangy/not mixed well enough.

Store can get really busy in the morning since there’s no drive through and the parking lot is quite small. However they’re quite fast at getting order out!

Parking: The lot in front of the store can be a little hectic during the rush. But you can park in front of FreshCo and walk over.

Placed an order through UberEats and, once again, most items were wrong! Its as if the employees are unable to read simple instructions and item names. Rcvd a plain latte when pumpkin spice was ordered. Received a plain Iced Capp when a Nutella one was ordered. Ordered a Bagel BLT with no lettuce, instead received one with lettuce and no tomato???? Finally, my daughter asked for no chipotle sauce on her wrap, she got a ton of it! Honestly, so very disappointed in this Timmy's location lately. Zero care + zero effort = zero customer service. :(

Have been here plenty of times since this location has opened. It used to be mediocre but I honestly think that things have gotten better with the most recent management. The cashiers are nice and the food/service is decent. I usually get the farmers wrap combo with a hash brown and hot chocolate. Nothing to really complain about!

If I could give this place a 0 / 5 I would. But I can’t. I waited 10 minutes for a crave-able which is a tiny little sandwich, and then when I was done, I sat and watched it for 2 minutes as three of the front staff compared a young girls bicep to the size of one of the boys forearms.
So unprofessional, will not be back.

Worst customer service ever. Staff doesn’t have a manners to talk with the customer. Went to try their flat bread pizza for first time and asked if they have a chilli flacks. It is understandable that if you don’t have it, just say no it’s not available but he tried to teach me that this is not a pizza store… . If you don’t value your customers, they will not come back at all.

Tom Hortons.
Claims to be a donut restaurant.
Came on a Thursday night, at 7pm.

Not a single donut to be purchased.
Not even timbits. They had some old croissants and pinwheels and a couple of wraps. But as a specialty shop specializing in donuts? None.

Tom Hortons has lost all credibility. Worst coffee, we already know that they have the worst service, can’t even offer French language assistance and barely offers English.
