I went on my Tim app and answered the question but the cashier never told me I had to scan the app before I cashed out. I never got a roll up the rim. When I asked about another employee told me there’s nothing he could do. Very unhelpful!

It's a Tim Hortons in a hospital, what do you expect? The health code to be followed. The level of negligence I saw in 5 minutes was pretty scary. Contact me if you want details, owner, I'm not here to publicly complain, but what I saw poses risks to people's health, especially in a hospital.

I would normally not write a review, but because this happens almost every time I order there, I felt the need to inform. Hopefully change will be implemented. Half the staff are pleasant while others give attitude and give off a strong impression that they don't want to be there. Orders are very slow. I waited 20 minutes for a grilled cheese sandwich that was given to me uncooked and the cheese was not even melted the slightest.

I ordered 2 doughnuts. Only Tim Hortons could mess that up. Every time I go there, they make a mistake.

Very dirty all the Tim Hortons stores . Just plain gross and the service has gone down the tube. Too think Country Style Donuts and Robin's closed up because of Tim

Terrible!!!! Service is bad! You get the wrong order or incomplete order EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! You can wait in line for 20mins just to order a coffee and there’ll only be 1 person in front of you.

There have been multiple times I’ve had to spend most of my 30 min break waiting in line. There needs to be more staff on during the week as it is a super busy hospital. The working staff are doing their best but they need more support. The lines are usually down the hall/around the corner.

Went to see a family member in the Queensway Carlton hospital and decided to grab some donuts from Timmy's. I haven't been in the Queensway Carlton since the 90's and I think it's amazing to have a tim Hortons in a hospital. I can't really speak about it very much because I didn't buy much ( 6 donuts). They only had about 4-5 donut types available but they had cookies and timbits and whatnot. Service was fast and friendly, there were 2 people working there. It's sort of a 'kiosk/pop-up ' store so you really can't compare it to a full size Timmy's. All in all a pleasant experience.

Needs more staff. Staff is overworked with usually only one person working the store front. Be prepared to wait a long time for just a coffee. Aramark needs to do better for the staff.
