Ask for table to be cleaned and the floor swept as I was waiting for friends to so up and girl was rude and said she cleaned table for me i ask for the broom and dust pan so i could clean it than ask for manager no one came to me service is always slow and whwn it gets busy line up to the door only 1 cash open

This is not a full Tim Hortons. It is just one of those self serve gas station Tim Hortons. That said, it is well stocked with a number of drink options. No food options.
I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich on English muffin and got a sausage and egg on bagel instead. How??

The atmosphere is the same at every tim Hortons I guess depends who you get behind the counter but they can be rude and make you feel rushed. Mcdonalds has way better coffee anyway

Stopped in for a cold brew ice coffee. The last two I had (at different locations) were fantastic. It seemed like they improved the recipe, because it had a swirly appearance and had a nice strong coffee taste with overtones of chocolate.
However, this location did not get the memo.
Even though I asked for light cream, the coffee I got was almost white. Upon tasting it, I could not for the life of me detect even a hint of coffee!
I would have asked for a refund, but it was lunch time and this location gets extremely busy, so I threw it in the garbage and went to Second Cup instead.

I have gone here for so many times and today I went at 6:50 at store front and girl name Pawan was taking order her attitude was terrible. I haven’t seen this ever in my life. If they are wearing headsets so she couldn’t hear anything it wasn’t my fault. I asked her can you wait for a second she was keep going anything else anything else If she doesn’t know and not happy to do customer service why she is working here. She spoiled my mood for a whole day . After doing this she didn’t ever realize even didn’t say sorry even . I would say literally no manners at all and working customer service.
