Poor ambience with litter on the floor everywhere, uncleaned tables, dirty counters. Staff chatting away at the back and no one clearing and cleaning the restaurant. Where is the manager or owner??

The quality of this location has drastically dropped during the past 5 years. Customer service is practically non-existent and the place is awfully maintained in the winter. I hope the management changes or something gets done because this used to be my favourite Tim’s location. Most food products aren’t that good anymore and the coffee is mediocre at best. Somehow the bulk Tim’s coffee mix from Costco tastes better at home than a fresh coffee cup from here.

Before ordering, I needed a bio break . The washroom was without toilet paper and the toilet seat was soaked. I cut my visit short then and there.

I was so unfortunate to be seen by a girl she was Indian like me. I walked in to drop resume for one of my friends. She got was like you can not drop it or apply your friend has to be here. She ruined my day with such behaviour. Manager should be taken action on such people who are out of manners and education.

The staff is ridiculously rude. The old Indian or south Asian lady apparently is extremely rude to customers with feedback like relax take a deep breath you’re not a celebrity okay she is a baker and bakes worst donuts chewy and stale donuts do not eat here

I’m so sorry about the way Tim Hortons have become the last five years.They are not clean and the coffee and the food are not fresh anymore; the waiting time is terrible even when is early in the morning. The muffins and doughnut shelves are always almost empty. I hope these reviews can help to improve their service. Tim Hortons is a Canadian staple.

Line up of 6 plus cars is moving quite well ???? in the drive through, it's my 1st time here there's a huge hiring signorder process was a bit painful having to repeat myself for 3 did items but that could just be a noise problem in or outside. :)Hash browns are crunchy and not hot easy to eat right away.BLT was yummyOriginal lemonade is sweetNew red eye iced cap is delicious ????I asked for 10 pack ONLY chocolate Tim bits and they gave me mixed. :( I even repeated myself. Not a big deal but disappointing for my toddlersTook about 10 minutes from arrive to driving away with food .Over all good service ????

I am relatively new to Tim Hortons but usually enjoy it, however, today I was treated very badly by a staff member here. It was the first time I’ve ordered breakfast but after I had to repeat my order 3 times to the staff member they had trouble logging it on the system then they asked me which bagel I wanted and I asked what the options were but they just kept yelling angrily at me, “WHICH BAGEL DO YOU WANT?!!!”. I’m sorry it’s my first time and I didn’t know what bagels they had and I would expect a staff member to know or find out what options they have and to politely and helpfully let me know or point to where I could choose one. I didn’t do anything wrong and I don’t deserve to be yelled at as I start my day just because they are having trouble taking my order - what kind of customer service is that? I am not mad if they needed more time but don’t yell at the customer for no reason that was too much! Staff should not take out their own issues on the customers. Definitely need to work on this!
