I often go to this Tim Hortons and the service is terrible. Workers are rude, rush you, and make a mistake on my order every time. I ordered 2 sausage egg english muffin sandwiches, as displayed on the screen when I paid. Got home and realized there was no sausage in both of the sandwiches and that all the food was smushed at the bottom. This location prioritizes the people in the drive through and leave customers inside waiting for up to 5 minutes.

This was my second time visiting this location, and unfortunately, the service has not improved. I ordered a sour cream glaze donut, but when I got home, I realized they gave me a honey cruller instead. To make matters worse, they also forgot my drink. The staff were a mess—completely disorganized—and the overall experience was terrible. When I asked the cashier what drink I could add to my combo without paying extra, she said “anything,” but when it was added, I was charged extra. She clearly didn’t understand my question and didn’t care to clarify. The service here is consistently messy, and I won’t be coming back.

The slowest time in the city 5 people can be working but only 2 doing anything. They can have a line up and still only have one person working cash and will not use the second one. Regularly messes up orders. When people say Tim’s sucks these are locations that me. These are the locations that give it’s bad name.
I went there yesterday, food was really good and staff was also awesome , friendly specially THE SAHIL was really nice with everyone and the way he talked to me was so great and he made my day with 2#strongly recommended timmy
