I order steeped tea multiple times at this lication and it’s always cold. Seems like they dont bother to brew a fresh one

I got myself a hot large chai latte through the drive-through. It wasn’t until I had driven off and checked the cup that I realized the drink wasn’t filled all the way to the top. This is a latte, so the top portion would have been foam anyway. I paid for a large latte and feel like I got ripped off. FYI the picture was taken before I took a sip.

This is the the weirdest review I have ever done. They do not receive $100 cash or $50 cash because they receive many fake currencies. Staff said it’s the Supervisor/manager decision. I argued, he said it’s the Manager’s decision. Really Tim’s??

Tried to get a coffee, before the store closed. Store closes at 10pm, showed up at 945 to get a drink and employees had the door locked and refused to let anyone in. I understand it’s close to closing, but in this weather while people are out working and they make the trip there before closing for a simple coffee…. Absolutely terrible,

Workers have no idea what they’re doing. Ordered Timbits and didn’t receive them for a while, so asked about them. Workers said they forgot and proceeded to start to pour a cup of coffee, turn around and pick the timbits. Must’ve forgotten the coffe because it started to overflow everywhere while there a was a big line.

I ordered a cap with Almond milk, 1 with 2%, 1 espresso,2 London fogs. But they mislabeled caps. But fortunately with normal milk was ordered with extra topping, so we knew to distinguish between them.
Now the issue is, they didn’t put almond milk as requested. I believe for them putting almond milk is just nuisance and people just order it to be cool. But some people like me who can’t digest dairy find it very off putting that even when specifically mentioned they don’t bother to make coffee with non dairy option.
I got coffee from somewhere else. Atleast I could distinguish visually too which one was made with almond milk.
