I visited this coffee shop for the first time and was immediately impressed by the ambiance. It was clean, neat, and refreshing. The staff was very polite and friendly. Tim Hortons is a great coffee shop, but this one is beyond that. The atmosphere is nice, the place is great, and the coffee is excellent.

If I could give it less than no stars I would. They charge for tap water... shouldn't it be free??? They forgot to give us our donuts, had to get out of the car and run back to grab them. Awful!

After waiting for 15 minutes, I inquired about my drink. The manager, who spoke with a very difficult-to-understand accent, rudely told me that I hadn’t been waiting that long and asked me to wait in turn, even though I was the first in line and other customers who arrived after me had already received their orders. I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful treatment from a staff member before.
The employees also seemed unable to properly process orders from the mobile app. They asked me what I had ordered and failed to include the topping I had selected. I had to confirm my order again, and only then did they take it back to add the topping. The employee explained that they had received my order verbally.
This store is poorly organized, and I would not recommend it.
