We didn't order much, a couple of drinks and a few donuts. As like most Tim's, the donuts were far from fresh, mine was not soft at all.

Losing the baking on site really hurt this formerly great chain

After waiting for 15 minutes, I inquired about my drink. The manager, who spoke with a very difficult-to-understand accent, rudely told me that I hadn’t been waiting that long and asked me to wait in turn, even though I was the first in line and other customers who arrived after me had already received their orders. I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful treatment from a staff member before.

The employees also seemed unable to properly process orders from the mobile app. They asked me what I had ordered and failed to include the topping I had selected. I had to confirm my order again, and only then did they take it back to add the topping. The employee explained that they had received my order verbally.

This store is poorly organized, and I would not recommend it.

Stood here 3 minute. No one. They came out, did not serve me, went to the back, ignores. Hurt me and my boyfriend’s feelings. We just wanted an apple fritter. Went at 7:50pm, open until 10pm, no excuse. ☹️

Location is showed as opened on Google at 6am. Showed up at 6.30 with a mobile order and the place was not even opened. The girl at the drive through told me they opened at 7am... wasting time here ad I couldn't cancel my mobile order

Got my order wrong twice at the drive thru in a span of a week. Not worth driving back to get this fixed. This is unacceptable, the staff definitely needs refresher training or just needs to be more mindful of handling orders. If this is happening to me on two separate orders in such a short time, I can only imagine how many times this is happening in general.
