This Tims has over and over disappointed us, firstly when we asked the employee to clean the table as none of them were clean we were told that we can not because we don't have staff, which is not an excuse, then when we received our drinks they had cream floating on it, when we went to get them changed, Elsa yelled from the other corner and said you need to wait, i don't have steep tea, and then started yelling at us when we told her you could atleast control the cleanliness of the store.

She is one of the worst supervisors i have seen. Unbelivable customer service

Counter service was beyond slow. Then got my coffee order (decaf) wrong (gave my bold roast). Did not give me the discount for bringing my own mug, although I asked for it. Finally, ordered a bagel with spread, but the spread was literally non-existant!

Finally, the QR code to Google review, by the cash, was incorrect!

I really can’t take this awful place anymore. The last time I ran into a restaurant this bad was over 20 years ago. This morning I was genuinely furious.
I placed my order at 10:24 AM on December 7 and selected immediate preparation, not a scheduled pickup time. I arrived at the store at 10:51, and by then my order still wasn’t ready. After I got there, I asked how much longer it would take, and the staff told me another 5 minutes. I had already waited 27 minutes. With the extra 5 minutes they quoted, that means this store needs 32 minutes to make one large coffee and one wrap. I simply couldn’t wait any longer, so I left.
And this isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience. Previously I ordered one medium coffee and waited more than 20 minutes—only for them to start making it after I went up to the counter.
You seem completely unclear about your brand positioning. You’re a fast-food chain. The most important thing is speed. Expecting a coffee and a wrap in five minutes is already a very low bar. Even if you were carving fancy designs into my coffee and wrap, 32 minutes would still be more than enough.
Also, the wraps from this location are wildly inconsistent—sometimes overloaded with sauce, sometimes with almost none at all.
As for service, there basically isn’t any. The two times I came in to pick up, not only was my order not ready, but the staff brushed me off with an indifferent “just wait a moment,” then took their time making my order.
The environment is terrible too. The floors and tables are never properly cleaned—they’re always sticky and grimy.
This place really is as trashy as it gets.

The more I think about it, the angrier I get. I explicitly selected immediate preparation when I placed the order, yet I waited 27 minutes and was still told it would take another 5 minutes. That means you expect customers to wait 32 minutes for one coffee and one wrap.
That isn’t a delay — it’s unacceptable. It shows a complete lack of respect for your customers’ time and a failure of basic service standards.

Service was very slow, I had brought in a friend who has never appreciated Tim’s to change her mind but not only his made it worse, you have lost another. As well my other friends as ruined by crushing the croissant into particles either no ham and no cheese…… also no espresso shot

Ordered sausage muffin with egg, was cold and muffin was stale, hashbrown was hard and cold, asked for ketchup salt in bag ,didnt give any. Had to ask for napkins. Really sad how bad it all was this morning, wont be back
