This tims is so slow, I waited for 10 minutes just to get 2 medium ice coffee’s. You need to employ more people. You cannot just focus on drive thru only. I asked them if someone could prepare my order and they where like did you order?? Then the manager or supervisor whoever he was checked and tells me ohh sorry we didnt saw you ordered

Today at night, I had one of the worst experiences at this location. I waited at the drive-thru speaker, said “hi,” and nobody bothered to answer. After waiting, I drove to the window thinking maybe it was closed. Instead of helping me, the staff rudely told me to go back to the line. The attitude was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is how customers are treated, I don’t see why anyone would want to come back. Absolutely unacceptable.

Oh trust me if I could leave them zero Stars. I would so much in a rush and speeding you to proceed with your order, yet they can't even get it right. I asked for a plain bagel double toasted double butter and they gave me a plain bagel with barely any butter and it wasn't even toasted properly. Maybe they should put attention where it's needed
