I live in the area and have been witnessed the services and quality of food in this Tim Horton. I did all my graduate studies here in this branch. The staff were polite. The store was clean and services were awesome. Not staff behavior is impolite, rude and no knowledge of customers services at all. I felt very sorry for such a loss.

This tims rarely gets your order right even when they put it in the machine correctly and it displays correctly on the screen. You get your order and then surprise - or rather no surprise - it’s wrong. I go in the morning. I don’t have time to go back through drive through or into the building to get my correct order. It’s total inconvenient and defeats the purpose of a drive through

Went to drive thru around 8:3pm and after i got all my drinks and food, my friend asked if we can add birthday timbits and the guy on the window told us they did not have it. No problem, we drove off and stayed in the parking lot to eat. We both had to go to the washroom and asked for a water and shockingly saw A LOT OF birthday timbits there. This is just crazy. Manager should seriously take action on this kind of behavior

Thursday at 930am: Seemed clean enough and walk in service was quick (there was short drive-up lineup). Service was friendly with a smile and offered a few milk pods for our black " dark roasts" ... a nice touch. First time, but will be back.
Parking: Tons, no worry.

It was around 9pm and i Waited sooo long in the line because everyone was in the drive thru no one is even helping customers in front and then only to end up having to refund because theyre cleaning the hot chocolate machine and told me it will take 20 mins. Restaurants run out of things i understand that but ive waited literally for nothing

Don’t think I have ever gone to Timmie’s in the last 4 years where they had everything I wanted and didn’t mess up my order it happens every time I go there. They never get orders right and you can barely understand anything the people there are saying
Everytime i have ordered from this place something is always missing from my order. Sure the person who might have packed the order is human but how many times can the same place mess the order. How does peanut butter is okay to be on the croissant when i specifically asked and paid for Nutella. How come everytime in the order something is missing. Tim Hortons needs to stop putting one person on a 3 person job. We can atleast expect better service at a food company. For god’s sake stop throwing food and smashing it when we order something you dont wanna work then dont dont ruin somebody else’s food just because you are in a hurry. Tim hortons makes so much money but has no standards

I purchased three boxes of donuts along with an ice cap, but when I asked for a bag or something to help carry them to my car, the employee told me they didn't have anything available. Additionally, while selecting donuts, I found out that the "special" ones aren't included and come with an extra charge. Honestly, they didn't seem that special to warrant the extra cost.
