My daughter went into this location as we usually do . Put our order in she got her part of the order but not mine. The other customers that came in after het got there’s she asked for mine and got Called a very nasty name. I had to go in and get my coffee.and yes I told them I would be getting in contact with corporate. Will never go back.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered a takeout order on the app and went there and the stores closed 1 hour earlier then posted on website and app. Wasted $15 on 2 drinks and I can’t get a refund. Called the store as the website says it’s open will 10 but no answer. Do not go here after 9pm clearly if you’re getting drinks. Waste of money gonna be taking this up with their corporate office.

The service and quality of drinks has declined under new management. I used to stop here frequently for a cappuccino but I have decided to give them no more chances. I now go to Starbucks. Someone from their head office needs to give these employees some proper training.
All the employees in that store are very nice and very polite. Always I go there every one smile to welcome guests is made my day. This store is very busy .

My biggest problem with this location is the inconsistency. I always order a toasted bagel with cream cheese, and it's a $1 charge for cream cheese. A lot of the time they give the most pathetic smear of cream cheese on the bagel. Really disappointing. The odd time it's great, lots of cream cheese, definitely that dollars worth. But the majority it's really not great or nice. Just give me my cream cheese... I have a photo of the shitty amount of cream cheese they often give but can't figure out how to post it. But I assure you, it's disappointing.
