This store is literally always full of wasps and has been for weeks. Many are in the donut shelf and plenty are dead on the windows. It's a bit ridiculous how long this has been a problem

Placed an online order during a busy rush and completely forgot to mention it at the drive-thru. The staff was clearly under pressure with a long queue, but they still managed to stay calm and help me out. I felt bad for adding to the confusion, but they handled it with patience and professionalism. Big thanks to the team, and I’ll definitely remember to give a heads-up next time!
I odered an egg BLT on an everything bagel and there was no bacon on it. I went back and told them there was no bacon, and then they told me the BELT has no bacon on it. I ordered an egg B.L T. B is for bacon. If bacon or sausage is optional, why was it not offered to me? After all, I DID ask for a B.L.T on a bagel. I mean... hello????

This location is okay, Though you should NOT go here if you do not drive as their walk-in side carafe needs to be replaced. If you get your coffee served from this carafe, you have a 100% chance of bad bitter metallic coffee. If you must walk-in, insist on a pour from the other carafe. If they refuse, insist on a refund and leave, never to return for a few months.
Dietary restrictions: They are usually good at making custom orders though they occasionally screw up. (Example: you ask for a breakfast sandwich with no cheese and you get cheese but also no egg)
