Had an extremely unpleasant experience with one cashier named Sam…. Not only is she condescending, rude, and disrespectful, she is racist. The way she treated my middle eastern partner is beyond anything either of us have ever experience before. She was so passive aggressive towards him, however, when a white man behind us began ordering, her demeanour changed completely, she actually smiled. Based on this experience alone we will never be returning, and based on previous reviews, I really hope that Sam receives some consequences for her actions. Horrible look for Tim Hortons.

Not going to pay $5.49 for this again with a bad attitude cashier. If you don’t want to work on the 27th around 10:30 in the morning why would you come and bring bad energy face to customers during the best season of the year? Not even ask what people want to order?
I showed her the pics and said I would like a maple bacon cheddar croissant breakfast sandwich, she told me we don’t have😅? And I double-checked with her and showed her one more time she was like so annoying me😂like what?

I'm honestly surprised at how decent this Timmie's is - super rare to get quick, accurate service from any Tim Hortons these days. The drive thru moves quickly despite 15 cars ahead of me in the morning and they actually toast things properly. The woman on drive thru on Thursday morning was so pleasant and greeted us with "It's a beautiful morning at Tim Hortons" or something along those lines and it was such a nice way to be greeted.

My 7 month pregnant wife ordered food for 5 of us. They forgot to include a bottle of Diet Coke that my wife had ordered with a cup of ice. They gave her the cup of ice, but no bottle of Diet Coke. When my wife mentioned this to Laurie (lady handing out orders behind the counter- seems like a manager) she got heated and told her it wasn't ordered, and to go to the back of the line and order it. The line was backed up out the store. We had just waited 10 minutes in line, and 5 minutes for the food.

When we asked Laurie if she could just go ring it in and we would pay for it, she raised her voice and got very rude to my mother in law. We mentioned that my wife was pregnant and that it seemed a little extreme that she would have to go to the back of the line to order a Diet Coke that she ordered already (and was the cashiers fault for not ringing it in), she tried saying we were using her pregnancy as a "disability". Very strange and uncalled for.

Either way, Laurie needs some customer service training or sensitivity training. She was rude and combative throughout the whole interaction.

I hope the owner of this establishment sees this, as when I mentioned to Laurie I would be calling corporate, she laughed it off and said she didn't care.

We typically come to this Tim Hortons on Sunday after church. We usually have a decent experience. This however, will make us think about going to Starbucks for instead.

I get the holidays may make working there hectic, but that doesn't excuse being rude to any customer, especially when the mistake was on you guys.

There's this ONE employee they go by the name " SAM " she works the front cash, she is so IMPATIENT, RUDE and EXTREMELY RACIST!!
Every time my family and I go in she acts very immature. She walks away from the cash ignoring US and leaves us waiting until another employee takes over and take our order, she doesn't even ask the other employees to cover making everyone wait in line until the line is outside waiting in the cold. NOT ONLY is she rude to myself and my family BUT extremely rude to other guests. I live in the neighborhood and constantly hear from others that they are extremely rude to them as well. I USED to go to Greenbanks Tim Hortons daily and unless I drive and go through the drive thru where SAM doesn't work I refuse to go into the Tim Hortons anymore.

I LOVED going to Tim Hortons on Greenbank they DO HAVE SOME AMAZING employees that leaves you smiling for the rest of the day.

Please I DON'T MEAN ANY DISRESPECT, I JUST DON'T LIKE TO BE DISRESPECTED as a customer somewhere that's supposed to be a safe haven from stress.

Went here a couple times with minimal issues until a had an elderly women complain about counting change for just a coffee (2$)... I'd understand if it was over 5-10$ but 2$ is not worth fighting over. Especially somewhere you expect to spend loose change (coffee money)

This used to be the best and most consistent timmies in the city. I don’t like to leave a bad review after one or two bad experiences, but this location has had a steep decline over the last few months. My orders are always wrong, and I need to make time to come back around and ask them to correct it.

Got to work today, and I ordered (and paid extra for) a bagel with extra cream cheese. This is what I received. Super disappointing they charge extra for this.
