Don't order the crispy bbq chicken loaded bowl. It tastes and feels like it has been seasoned with sandy, over-sweet chili powder. Chili is fine, but not with this texture and amount of sugar. Really unpleasant dish. It did not taste at all right. They would have been happy to replace the dish, but what point? The dish is disgusting - why would we get the same again? and if it was bad, as we suspect, we are not going to trust those ingredients again on the same day from the same place. They were not prepared to replace with an alternative or refund. Then took an age to make the replacement dish (for which I had ro pay). We have been coming here a long time. I will be discommending them everywhere now quality and service have gone down the tubes.

Me and my mom went to Tim Hortons today through the drive-through Around 6:15 pm give her an ice cap and it spilled right on top of her and no apology and was more concerned about giving her a new ice cap well she was covered in half of the ice cap i’m very disappointed in the service the only thing that was offer to clean up was napkins.

This is our closest tim hortons to us and my little brother wanted some tim bits but they gave him a box with old dry ones and they only gave two kinds the plain and birthday cake ones and thats it even tho he said that he doesn't want any plain ones and he wanted chocolate but they gave him none at all this is a disappointment. He went back and they refused to change it.

I want to thank the manager, Wilma, at this Tim Hortons. A few minutes before opening, she kindly allowed me to use the washroom — something she didn’t have to do, but it showed her generosity and thoughtfulness. Her demeanor is so polite, respectful, and genuinely kind. I am extremely happy with the way she manages this location. Wilma truly deserves the highest recognition and position for the way she treats people.
