It’s a quiet spot, mostly older people. The coffee is basic, but it works for me.

Traveling through Canada for the first time and have to say this was a terrible experience. Constantly rushed by a cashier that could barely understand English, let alone speak it.
Shoved half our order in our hands and then told us to wait at the end for the drinks. After we sat down and had half our food we notice we didn't get our full order.
I'll be sure to try Tim Hortons somewhere else again because this place was dirty and not a good example according to my Canadian friends.

Not a great experience at the Greenbank location in Ottawa. We ordered two bagel meals with hasbrowns with two large French vanillas each with 2 shots of espresso with a pastry on the side as well as an extra hashbrown.
We got 1 hashbrown and when I asked the server at the counter about it( no name tag, she has a lip stud) she completely ignored me as if wasn't there. When I finally got her attention she was very rude to me when I asked about it. We had to get in a long line up again and order the extra hashbrowns. Instead an order of fries was made with the hasbrown as well as a peach refresher drink.. the drink was made wrong by the same server and when I came to ask about it, she then completely ignored me again.. this time to no response at all.
Went to the cashier and she had to make the right drink for me, thank you by the way.
That server was horrible, and should be talked to about customer service. Or perhaps have someone else who cares for customers at the counter instead. Just pathetic and I will avoid this location and tell others to avoid it as well.
Yesterday early morning around around 5.30 a.m I bought 2 sesame bagels with cream cheese. The lady who worked there didn’t put sny cream cheese on it. It was dry. Very bad service

This location on Greenbank Road is a lovely location! I don't stop here often, but this morning (09:50) it is a pleasant atmosphere here this morning. I will say that this location seems to value the true Tim Horton's Canadian experience, and they have almost all caucasian staff behind the counter, which is so nice to see! Bravo to this location this morning!

The best place I've ever visited, everything is beautiful, and the best part is that it's open 24 hours a day.

The atmosphere is only as highly rated here as it is because of the people dining here, they’re usually very polite but the staff tend to be a mixed bag.
Been coming here for years, but I’ve noticed a steady decline in customer service quality, with it reaching rock bottom today when I went in to get my partner a sparkling Quencher for her headache.
I go in and ask the lady for a quencher, she asks me what flavor, I pick Peach from the options she gave me, and then I specify numerous times if I want it sparkling. I say yes. Then she says “lemonade?” So as any normal person would think, we’ve now established I want a Peach Sparkling Quencher but the server is warning me that it’s a peach lemonade situation, not just Peach flavored juice.
Mind you I know nothing about Quenchers or Tim’s drinks other than the Iced Capp, so I say yea sure whatever.
She proceeds to prepare me a flat drink, I notice zero carbonation, so I notify her that I made sure to specify the one part of Quenchers that I do understand; for it to be sparkling. She hits me with a “nuh uh you asked for a lemonade”.
Are we joking. Are you not the expert here, who nodded very clearly when I said “Sparkling” and then offered me “lemonade” on top of that? Then she just rings me up for the right drink which tasted the exact same except carbonated this time, and I had to pay for the new one too because they understandably don’t accept returns on already ordered food.
I know had I gone in any other day of the week and been seen by any other set of employees, this wouldn’t have been as annoying a night as it was, but I really didn’t have any plans to buy 2 overpriced drinks tonight because of a server that has either has a short-term memory or is intentionally rage-baiting me.
I’ll fully admit though that it’s my fault for coming here to order at the end of a long day, maybe the staff are just sick of everyone’s crap and so they act in a way that makes it easier for customers to be sick of theirs, but I’ve worked plenty in customer service to know things should go smoother than they did tonight.

Bad experience at this Tim Hortons. The lady working at the drive-thru in the morning is extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve noticed several other reviews mentioning the same issue, which makes me wonder why management hasn’t taken any action yet. Customers come to Tim Hortons in the morning expecting friendly service and a good start to their day, not frustration and negative energy. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable and really affects the reputation of the brand. I hope management takes this issue seriously and ensures better customer service in the future.
Very very rude zero customer service the old lady must be retired not fit for this job rude face no good communication totally not listen your order carefully today I order six pack of donuts she give wrong choice after I ask her to give the write one she doesn't want give bad face and bad words I gets another extra donuts with another money please give her customer service lessons or make her retired from the job
This is all time favourite coffee spot for me . I usually do work from home, so I love to site here and spend hours with laptop and Tim’s coffee. Good sitting arrangements and lots of natural light due to huge glass walls. I most of time sit next to glass enjoy sunshine, rain and snow. I love this place

Very bad customer service and very rude the girl she takes orders for the drive through.
The same guy has served me the past two days in drive-thru around 4:30pm-5pm and he is super rude. Always rolls his eyes at me when I ask to scan my points card.
