It was extremely dusty and the front door dosent work, they only had one doughnut and one bagel type and they couldn’t make sandwiches, bowls or wraps. I have been stirring here for 7 mins waiting for them to put my bagel in the toaster but haven’t seen a thing. Also the last time I came here the people didn’t k ow what a loony was🤯 so we had to show them a photo of one and they said “I don’t think that we sell that here” and I’m not trying to be racist but when it gets to the point where I can’t understand them because of the thick accent? That is where I draw the line. Once I got the bagel it was unevenly warmed up and I say that because it wasn’t even toasted. The person serving me didn’t cut it in half and used the wrong type of cream cheese. The kiosks to order it by screen was working just fine but when I was about to pay she woman asked me to order on the counter for some reason. Tim hortons is a multi million dollar company and they should have the budget to fix at least a few of these issues.

Just got A hot chocolate and a doughnut the doughnut was not too bad average for a doughnut, but the hot chocolate was disgusting. It was so water down it was undrinkable I threw it out. Tim Hortons just keeps going downhill

I recently visited this location and had a fantastic experience. The staffs were incredibly friendly and efficient, making my visit quick and enjoyable. The coffee was freshly brewed, and my potato wedges was hot and delicious. The location was clean and cozy, perfect for grabbing a bite or enjoying a moment of relaxation. Im shocked about how BAD there service was we waited in line for 30 mins and there was nobody there we ordered a artesian bun with cream cheese lettuce and tomato when we got to the window they gave us the wrong order saying that “we don’t have artesian bun but we gave u a everything bagel”(im allergic)so than they gave us are money back and that was the end of it WORST TIM HORTONS IN OTTAWA

Generally, this location is good. However, there are issues when placing a mobile order. I was lucky for a streak of 2–3 weeks when my orders were made right away. Then, one day, they simply never made it. I waited in the store for several minutes, and at one point, they even cleared the screen of all orders. I stood in line at one point, but I eventually got tired of waiting, left, and went to McDonald's instead.
This isn't the first time I've had issues with mobile orders, which is why I dislike using them. If I have to stand in line to ask for my order, it defeats the purpose.
