I dont understand it's 24 hours service and you can't order inside So I went to drive trough yet I dont have a car and it's not busy yet they said it's only for people have car . :(

I regularly get tea from the Tim Hortons drive-thru, and honestly, it’s consistently terrible. Almost every visit, the tea is stale or made wrong, and I end up having to go back for a replacement. It’s frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. This location seriously needs to fix its quality and standards.”

The manager at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. We waited in the drive-through line for about 5 minutes, calling out for someone to take our order, but no one responded. When we finally drove up to the window to ask why no one was answering and if we could just order there, the manager kicked us out and told us to go back to the line—without even listening to us. We only wanted to order two drinks quickly before heading to work. This was such a disappointing experience, and I’ll never return to this location again. If there’s a way to report this manager’s behavior, I’d really appreciate the information.

They do a great job of getting through the line. Sometimes the ice cap machine isn't working as it should and is a little bit too creamy, but they manage the morning rush well.

If you drive throw may be faster than walking in. Make sure to check before you pay’s especially scan & pay. Last Monday they charge my credit card 2 times and I asked back about that the guy told me to wait supervisor to check the camera and call me back until now Friday I haven’t received any call. It is the second time for me. It never happens like this other Tim Horton. I never came back again although It closed my house.

I asked for Extra grilled and look what I got served with “barely grilled” and that wrap was literally cold not even hot. Even cheese didn’t melt. The worst part is that I was alone in drive thru and it wasn’t busy. Sometimes I ask for triple triple and get served with no sugar at all. Very disappointed and ruined my morning
