I asked for Extra grilled and look what I got served with “barely grilled” and that wrap was literally cold not even hot. Even cheese didn’t melt. The worst part is that I was alone in drive thru and it wasn’t busy. Sometimes I ask for triple triple and get served with no sugar at all. Very disappointed and ruined my morning

I had a disappointing experience at what I believe is the worst Tim Hortons in the city. The employee at the drive-thru window, a man wearing glasses and a hat, was quite disrespectful. When I inquired about the long wait for our order, he abruptly shut the window in our faces. Despite there being six employees on duty, the drive-thru was not busy, yet they seemed more interested in joking around and conversing in a foreign language than attending to customers. Eventually, the manager, Kubair, had to come over to reopen the window and apologize for the employee's behavior. It’s frustrating to wait in line with three kids on a hot summer day, especially when there are plenty of staff available who could have taken our order.

Every time I go to Tim Hortons, I’m impressed! Even with a busy lineup, the employees handle everything with a smile and amazing speed. The service is smooth and the coffee is fresh. Great job to the whole team!
