Everytime I get food from here they mess it up. If I ask for extra bacon on something, they charge me for it and then they don’t add it. Or they’ll forgot to give me one of the items I asked and payed for. they are also incredibly rude.

I leave closer to this tim and I get my coffee all the time in my way sometimes there is common problems happen and I don’t care about them but today was too much. I drive to the screen and I waited there for five minutes. I don’t know what time they open at but no one answer me so I drove forward to the window and guess what there was like three people inside and I was saying are you guys open and no one answering me everyone is ignoring me. They start looking at me and ignoring me like even if you are close, just say I’m close or you’ll open in a bit because I don’t wanna be late about my work and you are ignoring me. The cash scam with flipmo peoples at this location, once you gave them cash they will try to distract you with what is your order agian sir? Then when you got your order but you won’t get your change back from the cash you giving before hand. AKA THE PHILIPPINE DIRT SCAM, keep that 3$ change and another 5$ donation bit%#%!!!! Your welcome

The coffee tasted watered down and they must have put 4 - 8 sugar inside my coffee when ordering a double double. I drove back from home to the store and asked for the manager. Explained the problem and he swiftly made me another coffee without even an apology or anything said and I walked away and the cup was not holding the lid correctly, bent and out of shape and zi had to get the coffee switched a third time and still the manager didn't even say sorry and hardly acknowledged me. I go there every single morning and this will stop now..

Forgot most of my order and didn’t pack it, I call to inform them and the manager says that he for sure put the order in my Uber eats bag. The bag came sealed missing half the order and I don’t appreciate his excuse
I have been a loyal customer of Tim Hortons for many years. I used to love your coffee for its taste, freshness, and quality, and I always appreciated the excellent customer service. However, my experience over the last eight years has been disappointing.
The coffee served at various Tim Hortons locations is no longer fresh, and it doesn't taste as it used to. It seems that the quality of the coffee beans, cream, and other ingredients has changed, leading to a noticeable decline in taste and quality. Additionally, the quantity of coffee in the cups is often insufficient for the price charged.
Furthermore, when I request a napkin or extra sugar, cream, or milk, the staff often make me feel as though I'm asking for something beyond what I paid for. This impression is disheartening, and the customer service has become far less welcoming and helpful. Moreover, cleanliness standards have noticeably dropped, making the overall dining experience unpleasant.
On several occasions, I have noticed staff making errors with customers' orders and then taking the chicken from the incorrect sandwich and putting it in another customer's sandwich. This practice is dishonest and has caused me to lose trust in your service.
Due to these ongoing issues, I have decided to stop purchasing from Tim Hortons. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to restore the quality and service that once made Tim Hortons a beloved coffee shop for many.

A + for this location. Staff is SO friendly. The whole experience is happy. They never rush you through ordering. Big smiles at the window. Staff is always happy to make a change to your order, you never feel like a number. You can see the employees laughing with each other, the atmosphere is great! Highly recommend if you want a good experience.

I've had many good experiences at this Tim Hortons since my childhood. For example, a coupon on app wasn't working so the nice lady working the register gave me a free french vanilla. However, I've realized in recent years, this place has gone downhill. The once fresh and warm timbits are now often old and stale and I have seen bugs in the pastry display cases in numerous occasions. I hope to see this location rebound to its former glory in the future.
