This drive thru has some of the nicest people working. They are fast and always are happy to serve. Much better than the average tims. One thing to keep in mind is the location. It’s at a gas station, which makes the food selection limited. It’s my go to location for a drink.

This location has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Time and time again, I’ve been treated with disrespect and complete disregard by the staff at this same Tim Hortons. It’s reached a point where I genuinely start to dislike the coffee not because of the product itself, but because of the people serving it.
I’ve been going to Tim Hortons for over 30 years, and this location is hands down the best in the entire City of Ottawa — all because of Daniel.
Daniel runs the drive-thru like a pro. His voice on the intercom is crystal clear, upbeat, and professional — easily the best I’ve ever heard. But what really sets him apart is his consistency and attention to detail. He knows my order by memory before I even finish saying it. That level of service is rare, and it makes every visit feel personal and appreciated.
I’ve had my fair share of disappointing experiences at other locations, but here, it’s always smooth, accurate, and fast. Daniel truly sets the standard — he runs that place like a boss, and it shows.
If you want a Tim Hortons experience that reminds you why you fell in love with it in the first place, this is the spot. Thanks for always getting it right, Daniel!

They knew the coffee taste not right and they still giving to the customer. When came back try to change it they changed it for you with big smile(the smile not to you but to their colleague)lol

Everytime I get food from here they mess it up. If I ask for extra bacon on something, they charge me for it and then they don’t add it. Or they’ll forgot to give me one of the items I asked and payed for. they are also incredibly rude.
