I go to this location quite often to grab a bite & coffee in the afternoon. The food is good & the ambiance is very friendly. The service I always get is above & beyond expected especially from Karrem, she always does a great job taking care of my orders. She' very approachable and helpful.

Id never thought a timmys would make me so mad considering how inconsistent they are but this Tim Hortons is literally the WORST time Hortons EVER. Food is always wrong, drinks are half empty and disgusting and you barely receive what you order. The last three times ive been my order is wrong. today my bagel was stale, my coffee was half empty and made wrong (a double double btw) and my wedges are cold. Terrible Terrible place

The workers have attitude when they mess up your order and you go back in and comfort them about it to get it made properly. Like people have allergies
