We ordered 2 French Vanilla’s and 2 wraps and The french vanilla was just warm water with no taste and we told them to add sugar and There was not just warm water with coloring and We wait 5 minutes for the rice and guess what the wrap was falling apart with sauces leaking out

Orders are always wrong. Staffs are always rushing, we’re not done with the orders yet but the staff wants us to drive up to the window right away. we normally order large coffee 4c and 4s but we always get wrong ones (if not no sugar, they serve us just black coffee or no cream). all in all bad service

The service in the drive thru is terrible I usually shop at this location but every time I order I never get what I order. I order a normal breakfast sandwich and they putting on lettuce and tomato and sauce which I never order or will put mayo on it and my ice cap is usually messy when giving cream all over the cup and dripping off on myself or has a crack in the cup which makes a huge mess in my vehicle. Management need to go in and show them how to give 5 star service shouldn’t be handing out product that messy staff should know to clean it before handing out or remake it We are customer that are paying for what we would like. I won’t shop at the location ever again.

Listen! I have been to my fair share of Tim Hortons around Canada and this tiny one is memorable! The staff is always so sweet and nice, they work so hard and efficiently! We have been coming there before our hiking trips for months and it is consistently great! Working in the fast food industry is far from easy and they are doing amazing!!
