This is a great example of the perfect food truck in my opinion. The fries are just right; cooked to perfection, meaty enough to call it a french fry, hot and very tasty. The poutine could challenge the very best of them. You can order extra cheese however there is an abundance of cheese in the original order and the gravy is perfection. They also serve many more items on their menu. ALERT: they are closing for the winter; I believe their last day is Nov 16. They open again in March and there are covered picnic tables then. Not to be confused with the Crispy Chip wagon (they are just about back to back); TV's fries are at the end of the Brick parking lot

Your royal freshness

I normally go to crispy chips next door! They were closed on my wife's birthday so we went here. Never again thair food was disgusting if you want food I'd suggest you wait the next say fir crispy chips to open I literally felt sick half way through eating. The wife was very unsatisfied aswell the service was good but thair menu needs serious work.

Just ordered a large poutine.. portion was more of a medium size. The fries were undercooked so brought it back and told them. The lady asked if we wanted a refund or another one. We asked for a new one. The cook came and told the lady to give us a refund but just half because they ate it already. We had 3 fries.. We normally don’t complain unless it’s really bad.. It wouldnt have been a big deal if we just got a new cooked one but the cook accused us of eating it and just wanting a refund . Like c’mon for $9. We just wanted decent poutine and this place isn’t it! Sorry!!

Decided to try a poutine here after seeing many high reviews. Unfortunately, I was terribly disappointed. The fries were barely crispy on the outside, with a uniformly soft and starchy texture - if I had to guess, likely due to how they were fresh cut right before frying, only fried once, and possibly a little undercooked. Usually for crispy tasting fries, other places would wash and soak fries to remove the excess starch, optionally freeze before frying to help moisture escape when frying, and finally double fry them to create a lasting crispy coating. On top of that, the gravy was both excessively thin and salty, and the cheese curds melted too easily, not characteristics that make for a good poutine.Would only possibly recommend this place for those that actually prefer to eat soft fries for the "potato-y" taste.

One of the best place around for a snack. Always good food and fast service. Definitely recommend

It was really good, just the portions for the price was off. Paid 7$ for a medium poutine that resembled more of a small.

Yesterday was my 65th birthday, my son daughter in-law and grandkids went here for supper, our server Alex was excellent and most of our order was good, I ordered the roast chicken club it was $18.99 I believe, When it came I noticed right away how small it was with a handful of fries, as I was eating I noticed there wasn't any chicken at all, I asked Alex and he was very polite and apologetic he returned it to the kitchen and brought out another one and the chicken on it was so thin I couldn't believe it, to me that was maybe an $8.00 sandwich not almost $20. Service was great the food over priced and not that good in size or taste.

Was in the area and read the reviews. Really wanted a poutine but it was closed. Online sources say it's open, sign says it's open. Both doors locked. would be really good to have accurate hours. It's Saturday at 1:30pm. Another person stopped and saw me take this picture and asked if it was closed. Another saw my car parked and pulled over to see if it was open. Three customers lost inside 15min. Maybe I'll try again when I'm in the area but right now I'm mildly annoyed I wasted my time.

A really great location for a chip truck! From the first day of business with this food truck, service and the quality of the food has always been excellent. It can sometimes be a busy location but have no doubts, the wait is worthwhile.During the summer months, it is a perfect location with outdoor tables located beside the food truck for convenience. There is a considerable amount of parking in the lot which means there is never an issue accessing the business.

TV's Fries has hands-down the best chip truck poutine in Nepean! The gravy is thick without being clumpy, and very flavourful without being too salty. The fries are golden and crispy, not the soggy, brown fries that you will find elsewhere. Most importantly, plenty of delicious cheese curds! My only negative is the scenery, but the food more than makes up for that. POUTINE!

Visited here to have their poutine after hearing about it from friends. It is a food truck with some benches nearby. The service was very friendly and not too slow. Prices were very good for the portion sizes. The quality seemed good although I haven't had much authentic Poutine previously. The only negatives are the location. A car park with no cover is fine on a dry day but would mean eating in your car on a bad weather day.Parking: In a car park so plenty of parking.
