Went to pick up Chinese food to my old place favorite in Bells Corners, was happy to see that they are still in business from way way, and their food is still good the egg rolls are the ones with the burnt ends and are so good, everything we bought on Sept. 6th, 2025 was excellent 👌

Ordered take-out on New Years Eve and I have to say the food was terrible. The fried rice had an overwhelming burnt grease taste, beef with greens was so sour it was inedible. Very skimpy lemon chicken and chicken balls with watery tasteless sauce. Only the egg rolls were ok. We literally threw out about $60 of our $100 order. I would give the food zero stars if that was an option because it did not deserve even one star. Never ever going back.

we ordered food on New Years Eve. when I got home and opened it up I was shocked at how bad it looked. Overcooked, greasy and small portions. I will never order from this place again. Absolutely disgusting.

The food is authentic Canadian-Chinese style cuisine and the quality is really quite good. Their egg rolls give the Golden Palace a run for their money.

I have been eating at this place since the early 80s. The decor reflects it. The prices are great, the food is consistent, with some OUTSTANDING dishes. Get the General Tao here. You wont regret it.

2 friends and I went for dinner this eve. 2 of the girls got their order and the food tasted very burnt!! We were there well over an hour AND I never received my meal!
Then tried to charge us for our meals, they argued with us and said we ate our meals. We told them we would pay for our egg roll and drink. One girl got charged $9 for an egg roll and water, 1 girl $9 for a pop and egg roll, then $5 for a pop and egg roll????
The staff was extremely rude and non apologetic. This is place we frequent once a month!

This used to be my favorite place in Bells Corners, and I have recommended them to so many people over the past decade.
But today we were treated so badly that we left because the girl was terribly rude to us. Rolling her eyes at our order. Talking sharp and rude, and then actually yelling at us and telling us to hit the door. Why? Just because she couldn't understand or speak English, therefore didn't get what we were asking for.
We'll never be back after this. Her bad behavior was completely wrong and unprofessional, and inexcusable. 😮
