Quick and consistent. Always love picking up a combo plate and some egg rolls as a weekend treat on my way home from Ottawa. Open-ended egg rolls got me there and keep me going back.

If you're from Western Canada and miss ginger beef, the crispy beef from this place is the closest so far. The sauce isn't exactly the same but it's pretty close.

I'm never disappointed with Welcome Back's food - even when I can only make a pit stop for egg rolls to go. (The egg rolls are open-ended and rival Ottawa's other westend famous egg rolls). Well worth it if you're looking for Canadian Chinese food.

The food is fantastic and so fresh. Not greasy and flavourless like the restaurants. We used to always go to silver dragon and loved it but that’s gone downhill. Someone recommended this place about a year ago and we haven’t looked back ever since! Friendly staff and delicious food. Love the Singapore noodles, general tao and crispy beef. Chicken balls are yummy! .

Great eggrolls! Try them with the Siracha sauce. Generally, the food is decent. I would say it's the best chinese food in Ottawa's West end. The dining room could use a makeover, especially floors. However, we enjoyed the lunch special when dining in.

Quite possibly the grossest Chinese food - if not just food, in general - I’ve ever had. Ordered the Crispy Beef, Sweet & Sour Pork, and Chicken Chow Mein. I am almost positive the sauce for the Sweet & Sour pork is only Ketchup mixed with vinegar. The Chow Mein didn’t have any chow mein…just bean sprouts… it was bizarre and looked off. My partner ate it anyways and is now sick. Drove 30 min to try this place based on the reviews… I am floored they have a 4.3 rating.
