I do uber eat. So, every time I go to take orders from customers and one day I decided to buy a berger cheese to taste Oh my god I loved it. And since then I have recommended it to all the children in the house. There was an employee that followed me the entire time I ate, and she stared at me throughout my stay. When another guest was attempting to recycle their meal, the employee in question screamed in my ear to the guest. Although the food and ordering process was well done, this employee ruined my meal and Wendy’s experience.

Got a Dave’s single combo and brought it back to work for dinner . After taking one bite of the burger it was raw. I was absolutely disgusted as I am very pregnant . I immediately spit it out and broke the burger in half hoping I was imagining it . The middle of the burger was even worse red and pure raw/mush. Safe to say I will not be going back! Not sure how they can serve raw burgers like this when their burgers are thin as is . Staff clearly need better training.

Very poor, the only good we can say is the free seniors coffee was delicious.Parking: The bacon breakfast sandwiches were dry and tasteless. The free senior small coffee was very good. Even if they did give ours to another customer.The floors were mopped but very sticky. The hot chili sauce in single serve packets was clear, not spicy and obviously well past its best before date. We don’t recommend this location for breakfast or much else. Servicing the beverage machines should be done outside of customer service hours.

The worst worst customer service in canada! The manager is extremely rude and disrespectful, i cant believe someone like her would be assigned such a role.Wendy’s should see whats happening in their franchise stores as this should not represent their brand name. I hope the owner too realizes that before he loses his business because of his bad choice of managers.

I don’t usually eat Wendy’s but this visit was definitely a miss. Food is junk. The chicken was definitely not fresh and my order was wrong. If someone asks for no tomatoes the least you can do is give them no tomatoes. If you don’t like your job, then quit. I’m sure there’s someone who would love to sling burgers while getting the order correct.

It’s my second time visiting this place . Still the employees are rude and disrespectful. today even the manager act so unprofessional . And disrespectful. I hope no one else face this situation.

I don't understand what management does at this store. We visited through the drive through this afternoon and the customer service was some of the worst I've ever seen. The lady working the 2nd window had 0 customer service skills. Doesn't say a word, half opens the window and sticks her arm out and passes me the bag of food. Not sure if management cares or even is ever around to watch his employees but it's an actual joke every time I've come to this location. Whether it's the food that is stale or customer service there's always been something wrong.I'll take my business elsewhere from this point on.
