Delicious food that completely hit the spot. The restaurant is cozy, the service quick and attentive and the food was fantastic. I was able to enjoy a gluten free pita with my souvlaki platter which was a real treat! Will definitely be back!

The restaurant was okay overall, but not great. I ordered the beef burger, and it wasn’t as delicious as I expected. It is lacking flavor. Another disappointment was that they don’t offer any sauces besides ketchup, which really limits the taste options.
What made the experience uncomfortable was the service. The server stood by the table waiting until I paid, which felt like pressure to leave a tip right away. It would have been nicer to have a bit more space.
In short, the food was average, and the service could be more relaxed. Not a bad place, but I probably wouldn’t rush to go back.

Absolutely loved the tzatziki sauce in the gyro, it was fresh and flavorful! Dawn was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
Updated review: they removed the Philly burger. I used to get the Philly burger, extra cheese sauce and added coleslaw. It’s the only place in Ottawa that had it, and now it’s gone. I honestly haven’t been back since that’s happened, except for a poutine here n there. While the burgers are still good, I have to drop this down to a 4 star
Old: 5stars but they ain’t open late. First of all their burgers are AMAZING. Easily worth $10. Poutine quality top notch but the employees need to lesson on how to pour gravy and make fries. Wasn't impressed with having tiny end pieces of fries ruining my poutine on multiple occasions. I dont care about your waste product, i want fries. Everything these guys have is perfectly portioned for a man. Food is dope! Meat is GREAT. Their Cheesy zesty sauce is dank btw get it.

It was my first time trying this place, and for being celiac certified, it made me feel so much safer to eat here. I got the Ottawa burger and a poutine. Both were hands down, so freaking good. Our server Dawn was also amazing she made me and my family feel very welcoming. You guys should also start selling you bacon mayo. I would buy that by the truck loads. Lol
