“I can’t say enough good things about Tito’s! I’ve been a regular for a while, and they never disappoint. Recently, there was a mix-up with my order—there was a miscommunication with the front of house and another customer accidentally took it home—but the owner (great guy) went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did they remake my entire order, but they also refunded me! Their customer service is absolutely top-notch, and the quality of the food is always amazing. This is why Tito’s remains my favourite pizza joint in New Hamburg!“

“I ordered online a thin pepperoni pizza and i didn’t know that comes with oregano, my son can’t eat it with different flavours. I talked with them and they make a new one right away, even though it was a busy night and they had lots of orders to do . the stuff here it’s friendly and great. they didn’t want to charge me for the second one. We get our pizza from here all the time . Please make sure to leave a great tip for the hard working guys.“

“This is one of my favourite places to get vegan pizza, but if I'm honest, we often just pop in for the cheesy bread. I'm not a fan of the default dip that comes with it, but they will happily give you tomato sauce instead. The pizza is also pretty good. In fact, I think the pizza is even better the next day, cold.“
