Me and the wife ordered Mario Chang for the first time today, we got the 10pcs bucket and we can both say it is the best chicken we have ever had, we also got the poutine and it was also amazing, 10/10 would recommend

Been following Mario Changs on Instagram for a while and finally had a chance to stop in when traveling through town.
It was worth the stop and lived up to the hype!! I picked up a simple chicken sandwich and fries. It was a sandwich unlike any other I've had, great flavor, and crispy texture. Would love to get bucket of fried chicken next....and try the poutine, the fries were awesome too!! Can't wait to go back!

If you didn't know what you were looking for you'd drive right past it. The person that takes your order is very pleasant. However, everything is made to order so if you go during peak times, be prepared to wait. I suggest calling ahead. It is take-out only. The food is extremely hot and fresh. I love that. However, I found the portions to be on the small side for the price. Also, if you want to modify the sauces on the chicken fingers, it will cost more. The poutine is delicious, plenty of gravy and real cheese curds. I prefer dark gravy but this was good. The pieces of chicken were so crispy, hot and juicy. The chicken fingers tasted good but were incredibly small as was the wrap.

We read the reviews about how good the chicken tastes so we went for the special - 2 combos of 3 piece chicken with fries. The chicken tasted even better than we anticipated! Very deliciously seasoned! It’s definitely worth going a little out of the way for.

My 2nd time here and it was exactly as great as the first time. The wings aren't too small like in chain restaurants and they have proper sauce coverage. Good portion for the fries too, for two people, the medium size is more than plenty. I get the Laredo hot usually.

This takeout Restaurant is the hidden gem of New Hamburg. Their fried chicken, whether pieces, burgers, wraps, wings or tenders is the best I've ever had. A very unique flavor profile, crispy and not greasy. They also offer great fries and poutine. The Owners are awesome to deal with and their product is a 10/10. We spend less than in a Restaurant which you would expect. Best combination of quality and value. Hidden gem because they need a more visible location to highlight the great food.
