Hidden gem in New Hamburg. This chicken is crispy on the outside and so juicy on the inside and I had white meat. Its fried chicken with a bit of a zing. The marinade add a unique tangy/spicy type flavour. Very well done 👏 Portions are very generous. Gravy is yummy.

I picked up Mario’s chicken for dinner. I was really hoping it would be amazing. It did not disappoint! I’m normally a hot sauce on my fried chicken kind a guy but this needs no help! The flavour is amazing, the chicken was still very crispy when I got home. The fresh cut fries are on point and the gravy is an actual gravy. I highly recommend hitting Mario Chang Chicken for your next meal!

Finally broke our Mario Chang Chicken cherry tonight. Chicken was SO fresh (made to order), lots of meat not a lot bone. The skin is melt in your mouth yummy, and whatever spices they use are delicious. Large fries is enough to feed a family of 4. The gravy is a dark gravy and tasty, will have to try a poutine next time. Delicious meal, and will be a repeat offender!
