Very annoyed by this place lately. Service seems exceptionally slow and the food tastes terrible. I have had consistently bad experiences for over a few months now. Drive through has really long lines and moves very slowly with employees taking long to take orders and even longer to serve them. Food generally tastes bad even by fast food standards and the coffee situation seems dire. Coffee tastes burnt and they seem to never get your order right.

Awful! Terrible service. Asked for two CAJUN RANCH chicken sandwiches. They informed us the crispy chicken wasn’t available and if the grilled chicken was okay, we agreed. We grabbed our meal at the pick up window and drove off. Dispersing the families meals, checked our CAJUN RANCH sandwich, to find no crispy bits on it, no sauce on either one, and the chicken wasn’t pink, but looked incredibly questionable. Everyone has these stories about fast food places and here’s ours!

“The McDonald’s Where Dreams Go to Die”
If I could give negative stars, this place would owe me a galaxy. One time, I placed an online order late at night because obviously McDonald’s is my last hope for survival at 11 PM. I pull up to the drive-thru, and instead of getting my food, I see the employee do a full Olympic-level dodge-roll to hide from the window like I’m the IRS coming for their paycheck. Lights were on, signs said open, and yet somehow, they vanished like a Big Mac thief in the night.
Fast forward to today, I try to order nuggets because life has been hard, and nuggets are my therapy. But no, they tell me their fryers are “under maintenance.” Excuse me? What kind of McDonald’s doesn’t have working fryers? That’s like a hospital running out of bandages. Just close the place and turn it into a library because clearly, no one here is cooking anything.
Honestly, I think this McDonald’s is some kind of cursed prank. Don’t waste your time unless you enjoy disappointment served cold.

What a terrible job this location does of letting customers know they are closed. We sat in your drive through with no indication you were closed for over 15 minutes. And this isn’t the first time that’s happened here. This is the worst McDonald’s for this issue. 3rd time this issue has happened.
