Cross contamination. May I suggest that you use warm water to clean your grill between customers? As well as cleaning off the two spatulas you use? I was there today and ordered a chicken slovaki small pita. I noticed that customers 2 ahead of me had some sort of sauce put on their meats. It was still on the grill and spatulas used. Then the person in front of me had hot peppers on the grill. So, due to the lack of cleaning of the spatulas and grill, my pita was on the hot side....

Went here today for the first time, the service was amazing the man working there helped me understand how to order and was very kind and patient. Very quick and packed my pita tightly with lots of toppings. The food tasted amazing. 5/5 place, 5/5 service, defenitly coming back for another pita.
