I had troubles trying to communicate with the cashier, also they completely ignored my wants, i asked to add BBQ sauce as the base sauce but i came out with regular tomato sauce. after minutes of trying to cooperate with the managers and other workers, i end up with a completely wrong order.

I ordered an Extra Large pizza with 5 toppings in total but ended up getting only 3. That’s still not a big deal for me—mistakes happen. However, what really bothered me was the attitude of the lady working there. She had an attitude towards customers and could barely understand what I was saying. It’s completely okay not to speak fluent English, but having a poor attitude along with that language barrier is wild. Totally unacceptable. I would never visit that place again—not because of the food (everyone makes mistakes), but because of the brown lady with the glasses. Poorest customer service I have ever seen.

I placed online order of large pizza and i could literally see the pizza slices sizes different three slices shorter than other one. It clearly seemed they have cut the pizza and then rearranged the pizza slices manually. This is a total scam for the money we pay!! Would never order from pizza pizza again
I’m having a tough time understanding how this company works or how its management operates. I ordered a pizza with the option to pay when I get it, but I never received it. There were no messages or any kind of communication. It just disappeared. I’m not going to order from this company again.

Just ordered from this spot, food is pretty good. I ordered a delivery from here and was surprised by how long it was taking. I didn't get an estimate or anything on the app so I assumed it would be here in half an hour considering I am only 5 minutes away from the store. I called the store to see what was happening and I was treated with disrespect from the person behind the phone. I asked how long it would take and was told that it was an estimated time of an hour, which I was not shown. He then sarcastically proceeded to tell me that 60 minus 30 is 30 and that it would equal 30 minutes before my food arrives. This was extremely rude and uncalled for considering I had literally no estimation on the app. That's horrible customer service and I haven't been treated so poorly over the phone by a restaurant.
