I am a frequent customer at this Pizza Pizza, but my experience today was the worst I have ever had. The menu board advertised a combo for $5.99 (before tax), which is a price I have paid many times before. However, when I went to pay, the full-time employee with glasses charged me $8.70—an extra $2 compared to what I paid just this past Saturday ($6.70) for the exact same thing.
When I asked about the price, the employee was incredibly rude. His tone and demeanor were off-putting, and it felt like he had no interest in helping me or serving customers at all. It's frustrating to be overcharged, but what's even worse is the disrespectful way the situation was handled. I've always had great experiences here, but this one employee's behavior and the dishonest pricing have completely changed my view of this location.

Ask for well done and they give me a prop pizza. They also didn’t put effort to create a crust & the dough was very chewy & inedible. Person working didn’t seem to mind that they ruined my night. It was also very expensive.

Ohh Pizza Pizza you are definitely the most expensive, mediocre Pizza there is. But I continue to go back from time to time. 2 Slices of Pizza a ice tea and dipping sauce $12.50 ouch. But one slice is barbecue chicken which you can't find many places offering this has a option by the slice. And I do really enjoy the creamy garlic dip. I am sure I will continue to go once or twice a year but with lots of places being about half that price for better quality it though to go more often if at all.

I had troubles trying to communicate with the cashier, also they completely ignored my wants, i asked to add BBQ sauce as the base sauce but i came out with regular tomato sauce. after minutes of trying to cooperate with the managers and other workers, i end up with a completely wrong order.
Today we visited lady with glasses was really good and We are visiting because of her as whatever we said we got it We really loved pizza

I ordered an Extra Large pizza with 5 toppings in total but ended up getting only 3. That’s still not a big deal for me—mistakes happen. However, what really bothered me was the attitude of the lady working there. She had an attitude towards customers and could barely understand what I was saying. It’s completely okay not to speak fluent English, but having a poor attitude along with that language barrier is wild. Totally unacceptable. I would never visit that place again—not because of the food (everyone makes mistakes), but because of the brown lady with the glasses. Poorest customer service I have ever seen.
