Service too slow All tim Hortons!!!!!!! We need more faster service!!!!!!
Just seems no one cares except to yap to each other and not even in English. I hate feeling like I'm in a foreign country. No one was in when I was there. Staff just standing around. Washroom could have been cleaner. Floors weren't the cleanest. Surely there would be never ending cleaning. I used to work in the service industry and never was there time to just stand around. And do you think someone could buy some duct tape and at least fix the booth that's falling apart. ? Looks nasty and cheapest the establishment. Used to be a lot better years ago. Wish I could post the photos I just took of the display cabinet.

Service: Some of the staff are incapable of taking orders correctly. Perhaps mobile ordering will work better.

I don't drink coffee every day and only buy maybe two or three times a month . The coffee I had at the New Hamburg Tim's was one of the best I have ever had .

Got a cream cheese bagel the staff couldn’t be bothered to spread. A bagel BELT that has no spread either, sandwiches weren’t made to be this dry. I don’t have this issue with most Tim Hortons locations except this one.
