Could have been better... Maybe the cleaning was rushed, but there is no reason why anyone should be walking into the shower while I'm inside during my "time" .. When I brought this up to the counter person, it was a simple mistake, maybe for him. Personal dignity is all we really have as a human, when privacy gets taken away because all the showers have the same lock? ... Seems like a violation of some sort. I should have asked for the floor to be mopped "again" ... I was standing there for about 3 mins from when the room was being ready to be cleaned. After a simple wipe down with a few napkins, sure I was ready to get this work filth off me.
After someone uses a key to walk in; YA, it's pretty embarrassing.

This truck stop is very disgusting men's washroom is rarley cleaned and very much due for a renovation staff especially happy is very poor with customer care and attentiveness always on his phone ignoring people which is very rude, truck pumps are always malfunctioning costing time and patients, none of the washer wands are functional at the end of it this whole truck stop operation is very poor in service to washroom to staffing there needs to be alot changed here!!!!

If i could post up 0 star, that would be even too much for these people. I ordered around 6:30 pm as they take indian food order till 7. They took order prepared food till 7 but guess what - half food for full price. I took food and drive away and when i opened it up —- it was literally half. Never ever gonna order from these people. The gas station on other side, do not have hot showers ? but they want full money for it. Paying up money is not the issue, but at least let the customer know. The way turban guy reacted up, was rude and arrogant. I am truck driver, we stop at stations to fuel up and give business but in return get arrogant response. Other guys working at gas station were always nice to me only one person is just what to say. I would rather stop using their business and ask my other co-drivers not to use until their staff knows what customer service really is.
No more showers with rewards and washrooms are disgusting snot all over the sink

I used to stop here often but lately I've tried to avoid it. While the bathroom cleanliness has generally improved there is never any paper towel and it's quite often the case that the toilet paper in the bathrooms is empty.
The staff has been relatively nice and the variety store is well stocked. The bathrooms need more attention.

Amazing service, great breakfast! We visited on Victoria Day, and were pleasantly surprised. Fast hot fresh food - zero complaints! And Cheez Whiz on the side? An amazing delicious surprise!

This is for my dad that is a truck driver.... if I could I would put a big 0 out of 10! My dad walked into the washroom and walked right back out. It was totally disgusting so dirty!!! Would never buy food from there!!! The Heath and safety need to go there!!!! Shut the place down!

10/10 do not recommend to anyone, fellow driver and I stopped for dinner we where the only 2 in the restaurant took 45 mins to get our food completely screwed up the one order once they re made it, it was under cooked/raw meat still and the other meal was absolutely disgusting couldn’t eat it
