Worst staff.
Cant even make french vanilla with quarter coffee properly.
Even other coffees are not perfect.

Very slow service, nearly 10 minutes in drive through for 1 coffee. Nearly a minute sitting beside the order box before a voice even came through

Absolutely terrible!!
I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and there was only 1 customer in front of me. He was there for a while.
8am on a Sunday with no eggs for breakfast sandwiches is nutts. The coffee was terrible it had to be old there was not enough employees but the ones they did have only served the drive thru window. HOWEVER as soon as 2 Younger men came in that they all seemed to know they served the man in front of me had a conversation with the 2 guys that came in and I stood and waited another 5 minutes at least for 1 coffee!!
I got my coffee and they immediately served and chatted with the 2 men that came in after I did.
Absolutely frustrating!! We used to love this Tim Hortons for our early mornings at the arena during hockey practice early games or tournaments. After last weekend we will not be going back there.

They suck at being quick and they charge you more if they don’t add the toppings that you ordered. I order a Honey Dip Donut & got a Vanilla Dip Donut.

3 people working 2 males sitting on the counter drinking a coffee having a conversation with other male customers. Very disrespectful as the girls were working their butt's to get orders finished. Kudos to the girls for their hard work. the 2 males dont deserve to be working as they weren't working at all. Give i could give zeros for review I would have.

Very friendly staff but takes a long time to get a single coffee but usually always perfect if you ask to get it remade they will do it if they make the mistake and make it wrong they always make sure ur happy with what you got.

If I could give service a 0 start I would asked for a French vanilla cash person didn’t know what that was and then didn’t try and help me figure it out so I had to get just a coffee after waiting 15 minutes the girl at the counter also doesn’t know how to use the till she tried to charge us for cheese when it already came with it and didn’t understand when I told her that I only want what comes on it definitely need more training it’s been about 10 minutes for one coffee order do better timhortons

It's almost hilarious how horrible this place has become. 8/10 times you order, you'll be waiting 5-10 mins just to get the wrong order. Like how to you f up a simple bacon and sausage English muffin and hand me two bacon farmers. Not to mention, half the workers whisper into their microphones. Always every single time, check your order when they hand it to you. 1/10 will still be going sadly

Food is fresh but can’t help but call this one the slowest one in Canada. Every time I come through here I wonder if that has changed but always lives up to the slow part. It doesn’t matter if you dine in or take out. Oh always friendly to.

Waited 5-10 minutes for my order to be taken, just to be told they don’t have hash-browns or sausage. This was right after watching them unload their product delivery truck. Do the employees just not want to cook the food?? What’s the point of having breakfast till 4 if they won’t even make it?

I stood in line for 5 minutes at 1:50pm Aug 12 and was ignored by 3 employees that were all getting drinks for the drive through. Do you not care about the inside line, or do you only worry about it if there’s more than one person in line. This has happened to me 3 times now where I have walked out in disgust because your employees are too slow with the inside line. You won’t be getting another chance. Your service SUCKS!

Slow service this morning, missed putting a muffin in the bag that was ordered, mistakenly made a belt instead of a breakfast sandwich, and hot chocolate was super watery as though the mix needed to be changed. Wuh wuuh
