We are from bowmanville and this evening we went to the newcastle captain georges for the first time. We went in and were welcomed right away and she took our take out order right away. She was friendly and kind. The cook was fast and friendly as well. Once getting home we opened the food and saw the big thick pieces of fish .everything was cooked perfectly and I will be coming back .

On line prices need updating. Ordered family meal 4 halibut & 1 chips. Fish was lovely, but chips were all chip ends and crumbs. Price was $10 more than expected, included extra charge for paying with credit card. We were not given option to pay cash.

The young lady who served us was very nice. There was a good selection on the menu and the meal I had was very good. Chicken souvlaki pita with a delicious greek salad on the side. I would go there again.

Well done everyone. Good Friday being one of your busiest days, everything was well organized and running like clock work. We waited10 minutes past the time slot BUT, I prefer that than seeing my food waiting for me.Everything was great and the suggested amount of food for 6 adults, 2 children was bang on.Will see you soon.

Food wasn't something I was expecting, I thought it would be good, 3/10 for that.
