Castle John's Newcastle offers delicious food and exceptional service. Despite occasional cosmetic issues with the building, the food and service more than make up for it. The big wing platter with various sauces and fantastic fries impressed visitors. Customers appreciate the great food, done the way they ask for it, and the lovely wait staff. The kitchen is very efficient, providing a pleasant experience. Parking is excellent during the day but fills up quickly in the evenings, especially on Thursday evenings. Wheelchair accessibility is convenient with accessible entrances and restrooms. Many customers are regulars, returning daily or often due to the great staff and especially the wings, with lots of choices.
