I placed an online pickup order through their website and ended up waiting 90 minutes at the location for it.
When I arrived, it was clearly busy — there were about 6 or 7 people ahead of me — so I expected some delays. But once those people were served and left, multiple customers who arrived after me received their orders and walked out long before I did. I stayed patient because I assumed they may have ordered earlier or for a specific pickup time.
After roughly 30 minutes, a couple of walk-in customers came in, placed their orders at the counter, and were told it would be a 40-minute wait. They accepted. Thirty minutes later, they got their food — while I was still waiting.
At that point I asked what was going on with my order. A guy from the back — who I assume was the manager — literally shrugged and said, “We’ll start it now. It’ll be ready in about 20 minutes.” So my online order had apparently not even been started.
When I pointed out that walk-ins who ordered later were being served first, the cashier said: “Well, we can’t put walk-ins at the end of the line — they would wait too long.” So online customers are just expected to wait indefinitely? That’s a terrible policy and an even worse way to run a business.
To make it even worse, the food was wrong and poorly prepared. The wedge fries were undercooked — the bigger ones were still cold in the middle — and the pizza toppings were incorrect.
Overall: horrible service, incorrect order, and a complete waste of time. Don’t spend your money here — there are much better options nearby.

No issues so far other than someone mentioned in the other review- The guy flirts with women. I was there few months back with my cousin. I was giving my order details to him, but he was busy ogling my cousin and flirt with her.

They gave me the wrong pizza twice first time I brought it back second time I phoned and was telling the owner that we have to eat this one and couldn’t get out because we were running late before he started screaming and swearing at me over the phone This wasn’t the first time either Done with this place should never have given them a second chance

So the other day. I went to free topping in Newcastle. I bought an extra large meat lovers and 2 pops. They deliver it to me. It took 50 minutes to get to me. I was up the road. The delivery driver forgot 2 pops. The meat lovers that I did get only had pepperoni and a little bit of sausage on it. And extra cheese, it is supposed to come with pepperoni sausage. Bacon, it did not come with any of those so today I went to talk to them. Owner about my pop.I did not get delivered and about the pizza that was not right he refused he refused to honor the free pizza. He told me he made the pizza himself and it could not afford to put toppings on the pizza. I mean, what you told me to get out of the store. Refusing sing to replace the pizza that I complained about. In my opinion, this store is not worth any stars. It deserves negative stars 5. For my reference, I would not go to this pizza.Free topping pizza place in New Castle.Ever ever again because you're not getting your free topping.Like the advertise it is a sham

I love my Free Topping pizza loaded with cheese. The crust is baked perfectly and crispy all around. The crunchy salami on the side makes it even better.
There are also plenty of side dishes to choose from, my favorites are the garlic bread with cheese, chicken strips, and chicken nuggets.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the owner is just as nice. Ordering online is also very convenient and smooth, which makes the whole experience even better.

Got a HUGE slice for $4.50 (tax inc) and it was delicious! The crust was just the right 👌🏻 thickness or greasy. The owner/ employee was very pleasant, sweet & professional.

This is the best pizza option in Newcastle. Very reasonably priced food, fast service and very good quality. I often don’t even have to give them my order because he has it memorized

Free topping pizza here in Newcastle is by far the most enjoyable place to grab my pizza. I have personally tried all other pizza joints in this small town and by far this is an amazing experience. Owner is always smiling and always staff is very friendly.

So so wasn’t happy last three times . Order two extra large pepperoni pizzas . Extra cheese on one pineapple on the other . Wait half hour . While owner caring on flirting with employees, as usual . As he does with my own wife . Anyway get home with pizzas. No freaking pepperoni on either pizzas . Like how hard is it . One topping pizza. With one thing extra. And you forget the main ingredient of the pizzas . Maybe if you did your job . Stead of flirting with every woman that comes and goes . Might be a better place . So not impressed. And poor wife of owner . Omg feel bad for you .

Yesterday, Sunday the 23rd, I came in with my kids to have dinner. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted, and I was on a budget. The girl with the brown curly hair was an absolute ANGEL. She was so patient and understanding, offering me different options, especially since I can be very indecisive. She even gave my kids two lollipops! The food were ready in no time, and they were absolutely delicious. A special thank you to the girl with the brown hair and to whoever prepared our food your kindness and great service made our visit amazing!
