I tried to place an order through the app, but it wouldn’t let me order online from this McDonald's. So, I went inside and placed my order. Unfortunately, I didn’t check it when I left. When I finally sat down to eat, I realized that instead of poutine, I got some kind of soup, which is inedible. Money wasted! Does anyone know how to request a refund for this inedible poutine that I had to throw away?

Mom and I went to The Newcastle location to try the new big arch sandwich. Moms was lovely. Mine was stone cold and a lovely staff. Member named Maria came and replaced mine free of charge and it was super hot. Thank you for the customer service.

Last time I was here they got the order wrong, chicken nuggets were chewy (gross) and the pop machine had clearly run out of syrup because the Sprite had no taste. Then top it off with the outrageous prices. The toppings on the quarter pounder make it the saddest burger on the planet. What happened to this place?
