On Dec 24 early morning, I went to McDonald's to fulfill a coffee run for friends. I was greeted by a wonderful lady behind the counter, an older lady, friendly, polite and patient. She got our variety of warm and cold beverages and keyed it for us as opposed to self serve. Within minutes we had warm drinks and a cold one with fresh sweets that made our day. Happy Holidays 🎄

We were the only ones in line yet we still had to wait a very long time for the food. The strange thing is when we finally got the twenty piece they were so dry and old. So what exactly were we waiting for?? Obviously not fresh nuggets. Also, we were not given ANY sauce for the nuggets. Not too impressed.

Staff need more training and should be held accountable for their mistakes. It’s not a one-time mistake; it happens repeatedly. After a long shift, on my way home, I ordered a simple Happy Meal. When I drove home and gave it to my toddle, there was no chicken nuggets in it. I then had to drive back again with my toddler to get the chicken nuggets. I know mistakes happen, but this is not the first time. Most of the time, when we order tea, we end up getting coffee. If we ask for no sugar, there’s usually sugar in it.
Every single time I come here, the drive thru is an issue. Just go back to one line since you can’t handle having two.

I tried to place an order through the app, but it wouldn’t let me order online from this McDonald's. So, I went inside and placed my order. Unfortunately, I didn’t check it when I left. When I finally sat down to eat, I realized that instead of poutine, I got some kind of soup, which is inedible. Money wasted! Does anyone know how to request a refund for this inedible poutine that I had to throw away?
