Newcastle Griddle Reviews
Came with my son and husband
Horrible service and long waiting when wasn't even busy ..
Missing food wrong items in omelette
Brought drinks including.. coffee after our food .. asked for jam came late
Had to get salt pepper and sugar and ketchup from another table ...
Would not go again. :(
Arrived with lots of tables available, sat at a 4 seater table with 2 of us and was told if it was needed I would have to move to a smaller table server was a bit rude. Ordered a basic breakfast and asked to eliminate toast and add a couple tomato slices instead but was told there would be a up charge…. The only restaurant I’ve ever been to, to have this policy l, food was average in way of quality.
I worked there 3 years even through covid when we could only do take out. I had a seizure and diagnosed with a brain tumor. I recovered well but he fired me. he wants to keep gheetu from India maybe he pays less. oh well I miss u all Sally Eleanor Ann Vickie

Newcastle Griddle is a charming breakfast spot with a small-town feel, offering great prices and delicious food. The friendly staff provide excellent service, making it a wonderful place to start your day. The menu includes popular dishes such as the Avocado Egg Benedict, Peameal Benedicts, French toast, egg white omelet, chicken tenders w fries, Turkey club sandwich, western sandwich, Cajun chicken and pineapple omelette, MEAT EATERS OMLETTE, and BERRY CREPE. The outdoor patio is a lovely spot to enjoy in the summer, and there is a large back area for groups and large families. The atmosphere is warm, homely, and cozy, with tasty dishes that make it a hidden gem in the heart of Newcastle. The restaurant is accessible, with ramped entrances to the main floor. Newcastle Griddle is open from 7 am to 3 pm most days and from 5 to 8 pm on Thursdays and Fridays. Customers appreciate the friendly service and pleasant outdoor patio, which offers a better vibe than the inside. The space is packed with tables in a small house, but it still feels cozy and welcoming. Overall, it’s a good place for a good deal and a relaxing breakfast.
