Wanted to order but website would not give me prices & skip the dish wouldn't connect. I would think businesses would rather have the business than making it so difficult for potential customers. Oh well I went elsewhere

The gentleman on staff who worked yesterday’s afternoon shift on 01/09/24 is an amateur pizza maker who answers the phone and makes the delivery. This one man act is so rude and uncooperative. You know the type that has a no-can-do mentality. He thoroughly ruined our dinner. I am still seething this morning. It’s not the first time either.
When l order regular crust, I get thin crust it comes soggy. When l tried the thick crust, it was under-baked. When l give guidance on the phone it goes unheard. I asked for well-done, crispy on the bottom with a chewy bite. It came underbaked and gummy.
The tomato pizza sauce is always too much and we consistently complain of it having Cheyenne pepper or whatever hot sauce they use.
In all events when we look at their copy, there is no word to suggest that their sauce is hot.
Why is it so hard to get a good double pepperoni pizza out of this place?
After a month of ordering I decided to call and to deal with this situation because aside from the amateur pizza making, the first pizza we had there was really good, but we’ve never had it back.
It was the first and the last good pizza we bought. It’s the closest pizzeria to our house. I keep hoping each time that maybe this time it will be right.
We eat pizza at least once or twice a week.
When I told him the crust wasn’t cooked enough and related all the past issues, we never complained about, and told him he owes me a pizza as a make up, he replied, “absolutely not. It’s not my problem that you don’t like my pizza. “ he insisted there’s no hot spice in the pizza.” Look at the picture below. The crust is gummy and underbaked.
So is someone sabotaging your kitchen and secretly adding it into the sauce? because it is very evidently there. I only order pepperoni pizza and it’s not the pepperoni. I’ve tested and I’ve tried all pepperoni. It is not a pepperoni.
This guy is unfortunately no asset to this little business and to think I gave him a $2 tip makes me feel stupid.
I am sorry for the owner. If he is the owner l am saddened indeed.
It’s a darn shame because we recently moved here and are looking to crown a pizzeria as our in-house go to. We eat pizza every week, at least twice. We’ve given this one too many tries and it’s just not happening. Sadly, We will take our business elsewhere. There are other pizza places to try in the area. Give this one a pass, if you’re in Newcastle, Ontario. It’s inconsistent. You’ll not find the wholesome hospitality you are looking for nor will you find a professional maker’s pizza quality here.
Service snd pizza at this place has been good for my 5th time so far roughly.
Try the Joe Rogan pizza.
Double Pineapple, Double Anchovies.
Joe Rogan announced his favourites pizza toppings while with Elon Musk during the Podcast. And Joe is right. The two toppings compliment each other well.
Try it.

Great service not like Bowmanville. Open when they advertise they will be. Great pizza, and staff. Worth driving from Bowmanville to get. Even though we have new owners in Bowmanville, it still is not as good as Newcastles. Great job guys.

Ordered an xl pizza, garlic bread and chicken wings. The pizza was fine, crust was really thin... the garlic bread was super crunchy and the chicken wings looked so dehydrated.

They provided Halloween goodness. Yummy and great service!
We live 15 minutes away and this is our go to pizza place. Love the extra large with unlimited toppings. Always great, never let us down yet. Don.
I stopped in here today, on a whim. I had a full they have showings lined up and I needed something quick for lunch. As soon as I enered I was greeted by the man behind the counter. He began naming off all of the fresh slices they had available and I was surprised with the variety. After finally deciding on a slice I waited patiently for it to heat. I think it was the best slice of pizza I've ever had... so good I came here the write this review. Thank you for your excellent customer service and fantastic pizza!
