Waited over an hour only to get the wrong pizza delivered, then waited over an hour for a replacement that was not sent, finally went down to pick it up. Refund was refused! Total took over 2 hrs to get the correct pizza! Only offered a credit! Terrible customer service. Lots of other options in town.

Worst pizza! Do not go here.Dry hard. We brought the pizza back because it was so hard a d dry and the owner who is not very nice (an Indian man) do not know his name...recharged us for toppings. We couldn't eat the first pizza or the second. Garbage!

Poor customer service. Made a mistake on my order and had to remake. Charged me over $65 in total for two pizzas and dough balls despite the added delay. Expensive and bad service. Pizza was good though, so consider wisely.

I came here to see the reviews to see what other people thought about Roselina's. Decided I have to voice my opinion. The crust is tasteless and hard like it's day old. Sauce tastes cheap no flavor. Toppings were good. I won't be back and definitely won't recommend it to anyone. Better pizza in Newcastle than this. Sorry not Sorry. Bring the quality back up please, this place use to be great

Used Roselina’s pizza for my daughter’s birthday at a local community centre. They were amazing with helping us select our pizzas for the best value and ensured we picked enough for the amount of guests without upselling us. Their service was amazing and they took all the stress out of the day with regards to food. The pizza is amazing and everyone at the party was asking where it was from. Thanks roselina’s we will be back forsure

I've not long moved to Newcastle and each day I pass Roselina's with the intent to drop in. I finally made it and glad I did. I had pizza and wings and honestly can say it's the best I've had in a while. You definitely have to try it.

I had the gluten-free pizza. The 4 star is for the crust beacause it wasn't the best I have had and I'd recommend getting it well done. The 5 star rating was more for the super fresh toppings and awesome tomato sauce. Nonetheless, it filled the pizza void and I'd order again!
