This was my family's favorite Pizza place. I would get a pizza from here at least once a month. Unfortunately though, since the ownership changed the service has suffered terribly. I've lost count of the number of times that my order has been wrong, and tonight they didn't even make my pizza, even though I had a confirmation email saying my order was received. They are just simply not reliable anymore, and when you are depending on it with kids, it gets old quickly to have to keep dealing with their disappointment...
Edited star rating. The pizza is still fantastic, just do not use the online ordering system if you want to be sure of your order

Hi . I bought a meat lovers pizza and it was ok but I ordered garlic bread and received a cheese pizza I phoned and they told me that is garlic bread the worst tasting bread I have ever had!!!

Ordered delivery. I moved her 5 years ago and have yet to find a decent pizza place anywhere in Durham. They are all chain restaurants or use the same ingredients as chain restaurants. This was by far the worst pizza I have had yet. Barely any toppings. Order meat lovers and there was no meat to love. The crust was super thin(I ordered thick crust). Will not recommend this place to anyone. Will not return.

Rosalina’s pizza donated 12 boxes of pizza to a local Newcastle school to celebrate Halloween! The kids loved the pizza and all the participating teachers were so grateful! Thank you so much for the delicious pizza and helping us make memories with our students! 🍕

I use to love Roselina’s - I usually order once every few months when I am going through town as I did last night and I hope it’s just a one time thing but I was so disappointed at my $28 pizza last night. The gluten free crust was so hard and was crumbing and falling apart. The pizza had no sauce on the crust, very few toppings and the crust had about 2” showing. The cheese was minimal and tasteless all together. Very sad that my favourite pizza has changed so much. It use to be rich in toppings, they had delicious gluten free crust and was so tasty - not yesterday. All the best in the future

Waited over an hour only to get the wrong pizza delivered, then waited over an hour for a replacement that was not sent, finally went down to pick it up. Refund was refused! Total took over 2 hrs to get the correct pizza! Only offered a credit! Terrible customer service. Lots of other options in town.

Worst pizza! Do not go here.Dry hard. We brought the pizza back because it was so hard a d dry and the owner who is not very nice (an Indian man) do not know his name...recharged us for toppings. We couldn't eat the first pizza or the second. Garbage!
