Worst Starbucks experience ever. Honestly deserves zero stars. Four servers standing round and talking. When I asked if they‘d be ready to take an order Emma snaps at me „Do I look as if I‘m ready?“ what a rude attitude to a customer. I‘ll take my business elsewhere.

My experience at Starbucks was unwelcoming. Emily was kind of rude to us, there was no smile ,no « hello » and no « good day ». she obviously didn’t want to be there. And on top of all that she messed up our order.

If there could have been 0 star, I would have chose that, Around this time 6:50, I was on this on route and my husband bought matcha for me and I always ask normal matcha latte with double blend. And this time it wasn’t the same. But the amount of matcha was too much, happened to me before, I usually go to them and they simply change it with smile and apologize. This time, I went and there were only 2 girls, one of them was there. She was being rude, she was like we don’t make recipes and started saying bad.. such as we do this way, and this and that. I was quite that time then I said to her manager the other lady at the counter by giving feedback that I have visited multiple places but never had this bad service. And she should not be rude. It feels so bad the way they treat. It should not be like it. I will never come back

If I could give zero stars, I would.The manager that works here looks so miserable and never has anything ready. They’re always out of cold brew…she’s made my drink incorrectly numerous times. Don’t work at a coffee shop if you aren’t an early riser. If you open at 7, show up early and make sure you have things ready for your customers.

Made both my drinks wrong, asked for half ice, they charged me-no worries that's normal- but then just filled up the rest with milk. My drink just tastes like sugary milk, I saw other people going back to complain about their drinks
