My experience at Starbucks was unwelcoming. Emily was kind of rude to us, there was no smile ,no « hello » and no « good day ». she obviously didn’t want to be there. And on top of all that she messed up our order.

If there could have been 0 star, I would have chose that, Around this time 6:50, I was on this on route and my husband bought matcha for me and I always ask normal matcha latte with double blend. And this time it wasn’t the same. But the amount of matcha was too much, happened to me before, I usually go to them and they simply change it with smile and apologize. This time, I went and there were only 2 girls, one of them was there. She was being rude, she was like we don’t make recipes and started saying bad.. such as we do this way, and this and that. I was quite that time then I said to her manager the other lady at the counter by giving feedback that I have visited multiple places but never had this bad service. And she should not be rude. It feels so bad the way they treat. It should not be like it. I will never come back

If I could give zero stars, I would.The manager that works here looks so miserable and never has anything ready. They’re always out of cold brew…she’s made my drink incorrectly numerous times. Don’t work at a coffee shop if you aren’t an early riser. If you open at 7, show up early and make sure you have things ready for your customers.

Made both my drinks wrong, asked for half ice, they charged me-no worries that's normal- but then just filled up the rest with milk. My drink just tastes like sugary milk, I saw other people going back to complain about their drinks
We bought the PIKE coffee. It was not fresh. And then we told that to girl who is working at bar. She changed. Thank y madam hee name is

Went at 7:50 pm and the girl said we are closed. Closing time was 8:00 pm So mention in your timing when you guys take last order.As a truck driver each minute for our e-log is important. Specially when we stop for a coffee from Starbucks.Wasted my time……it was good if i had stopped at napannee Onroute for a coffee .

Terrible coffee, surprisingly little coffee for the size. Also they don't accept American Express, don't scan SB points at all. How is this an allowable franchise?Update: Seriously awful coffee. Tastes burnt, I think there was a drop of caramel.

I live close by but have only been here 2 or 3 times since it opened. I was greeted on a Saturday but a lovely girl named hannah who was absolutelllyyy amazing! I am not familiar with everything that can be done at starbucks so i asked her if a iced white mocha was a thing... she replied "absolutely!!! And i can make it with a twist" long story short she made the bombest starbucks drink i have ever had! You can tell she loves her job and is great with people. I will be going back this weekend for the same drink!! Thank u so much hannah
